We were in San Diego for our son's wedding and this house met all of our expectations. It was very near the house rented by our future in-laws and we all a great time moving between both properties. Our family enjoyed our stay and would return again. The neighborhood was within easy walking distance to Sunset Cliffs and we loved the privacy of the back yard. The neighbors were all friendly as they passed on their daily walks. The house was very clean and the master bath room was really wonderful. Having the bikes/locks was an added bonus. The kitchen was a delight and our family has multiple chefs who prepare great meals in spite of the tricky workings of the gas stove. We used lemons from the tree outside in the yard to garish our food and drinks. How nice to discover fresh lemons right in your own back yard.
The off-street parking in front of the garage to off-load luggage and food can in handy. Loved the master bedroom and closet. The master bedroom suite was a private oasis away from the rest of the house. Really appreciated that each bedroom had it's on bath. Made life go smoothly. Bedside rugs would be nice.
Thanks for the ease you all made for us to enjoy our stay during the wedding. We appreciated and noticed all the small touches that you made available without much fuss.

Another great house offered through Flip Key. We were in SD for meetings at the Sheridan Motel on harbor Island. Who wants to stay in a hotel when for the same price or lower stay in a home. I searched in the pt Loma neighborhood to be close to the motel. Yhe home was very spacious allowing all 4 of us to get away from each other if needed, We could all sleep without distractions if one of snored. We'll stocked. The only issue was the garage door operation as it became bound when attempting to shut it. there was also an exposed nail head that snagged my sock located at the top of the stairs. Other than that, no issues.

The exterior does not honor the interior as the house inside is very well kept with excellent design and comfort. All accommodations are clean and kept in like new condition.
Also TV options are great with cable TV and new plasma Tv's even books in the house are quite interesting and great variety.
We were very pleasantly surprised by the actual condition of the property and its comfort.

This house has many great aspects. We had a large family using it for the holiday and had enough space. Huge kitchen. 4 bedroom/bathroom rooms. Several things needed attention! The washing machine didn't work (we were planning on using it with small children) and we weren't notified, the dishwasher leaked, neighbors were using the houses outside garbage and there was very little propane to use for the grill. We walked down to the cliff to watch the sunset every night - short walk. It was beautiful. There is a picture of stairs down to the beach on the website, it's a mile awhile no other way down close by.

My family met from near and far for thanksgiving week and the house comfortably fit us all. We cooked a big dinner and there was plenty of cookware, refrigerator, and counter space to prepare. All the rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the bikes, cooler, boogie board and beach towels provided. The location is great,a few blocks to beautiful sunsets and great morning walks. Great neighborhood. Few downsides: We left a couple suggestions for bike and dishwasher maintanance, but otherwise everything was in good working order. The house is a little echo-y and loud, could use more sound absorbing curtains or rugs, etc., and speakers on the main TV.

Really enjoyed the experience. We came here with a large group for a conference, so renting a house was by far the most economical option. The location was excellent, with superb access to one of the best spots in San Diego, and an easy drive to the conference. Would definitely do this again.

We rented the Grand House and Studio apartment so that we could have a place and space for work and vacation as well as hang out with each other and have separate spaces to sleep. This space and place had all that and more. Our ages ranged from 4-88+ and this space made us all completely comfortable.
The lovely big house has an open concept on the first floor with den, and dining, and a large well-stocked kitchen including coffee maker and espresso maker. The studio apartment was perfect for the family unit who had our 4 year old member; the family unit could have a quiet space for our youngest member to have her regular bedtime after hangin' with the big working girls. The beds were wonderfully comfy, the upstairs Master's suite is to be immersed in comfort and decadence with an exercise room and jetted tub and wonderfully large glassed in shower. I particularly enjoyed the reading room upstairs. We all especially enjoyed being able to hang out with each other and share our day after we all arrived home.
This home has the perfect Location, at least for us. 3 blocks from Sunset Cliffs park and tidepools, 10 blocks from Newport ave and Ocean Beach pier. We just love Ocean Beach as a community, best people and surfer watching on the planet. 10 min drive from University of San Diego where our work took us daily, 10 min drive from Sea World and Balboa Park, 10 min drive to Pacific Beach and La Jolla; 20 min drive from Del Mar and Scripps Ranch.
This quiet neighborhood where the home is located is family friendly with easily negotiated parking. We even had loads of trick or treaters as we were there over Halloween. The 4 year old had a blast with that as she has never seen so many princess outfits in one place before.
