Whatever you imagine it to be, it is even better. The pillows fluffier, the sheets cleaner, the bed softer, the decor more charming, the amenities nicer. I highly recommend this house and the company of houses Flipkey provides. My guests loved it and my sister raved (I rented houses for my wedding party attendees). The price was just right too, much cheaper than a hotel and yet a better stay. If you can get it, do.

We had a wonderful week vacation in the Pine Street home. We all especially liked the cozy comfort of the home. Furniture in living room was great for all of us to snuggle up and watch a movie. The beds were very comfortable. The dining room table was large enough for our family to play board games at night. We also had a 6 and 5 year old with us and our little dog too! The amenities were very nice. Large beach towels a big plus for our beach days. We would definately recommend this beautiful home :)

The house was immaculate, roomy & comfortable. It was a perfect weekend. It is stocked w/plenty of glasses/plates/serveware/pots & pans/towels/beach towels & mats. The beds are comfy and the rooms spacious. There is plenty of cupboard space but not much counter space to work on. Luckily we also rented the upstairs unit, so we had 2 workspaces. The only thing that I felt it lacked were spices and shampoo/conditioner. The downstairs kitchen had salt but no pepper. The bathrooms had body wash but no shampoo/conditioner. All in all it's a great place to stay, within walking distance to town, excellent walking trail along the ocean, a short drive or long walk to Monterey & the aquarium (the passes got alot of use).
