Pagosa Springs, CO: Lakefront 3-BR/2Bth furnished single-story house directly on lake w/large deck, hot tub, & boat dock; open views throughout; grass yard. Near Piedra hiking trails, downtown hot springs & restaurants; kayaking, paddle-boarding, river rafting; fish off dock or at other nearby lakes; biking, horseback riding, climbing, ballooning, skiing at Wolf Creek. 1 King suite w Bth; 1 Queen BR & 3rd BR w 2nd bath between. King suite across LR from other 2 BRs. Sliding glass doors to deck from LR, King & other BR. "Best family vacation we've ever had!" "Caught a 21-inch bass right off the dock!" Weekly or Monthly year-round.

3-night minimum. No pets, no smoking.

How do damage deposits work?
