Ca' Nova cottage (n.21) was an ancient bakery restored in 2006. It' s part of the "Badia di Susinana"farm. It consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and living room with kitchenette. It's perfect for couples who seek privacy, relaxation and comfort. Ca' Nova is surrounded by a nice garden for outdoor dining and barbecues.
Badia Susinana farm covers 1159 hectares of hilly land between 400 and 650 meters above sea level, in an area that borders one of the most fascinating and unknown landscapes between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna regions. 20 km of internal routes - the river park in Rio Caesar, the lake of Ari - in a mild climate , with lawns and wonderful ancient woods of chestnut, beech, oak.
A place off the beaten tracks, ideal for a holiday in nature , where the cultural and culinary traditions of Tuscany and Romagna magically melt .
The farm is divided into five distinct areas: the Lodge, Ca ' Nova, Ghizzana, Ghizzanella and La Bettola del Prataiolo (restaurant and rooms). Aggregation points include the restaurant, the swimming pool, the reception. But even in the most crowded time, the large green space allows you to keep your own oasis of tranquility.
The accommodations, all in renovated stone cottages, are different by type ( ' basic' and ' classic' ), prices, and location; it includes independent apartments ( 2-4-6 beds) and double bedrooms with bathroom with the possibility of adding more beds. Each unit has central heating, telephone, TV and wifi.
Badia di Susinana is open all year.

Guests arriving after the closing time of the reception, can get their keys at the Restaurant 'La Bettola del Prataiolo' until midnight.

IN THE FARM - The farm is set in a large park. Do not miss the walk along the Rio Cesare, to visit the ancient Abbey of Susinana and sunset drink at the pool. For more sports : hiking, mountain biking , soccer and horse riding.
AROUND - To see: Palazzuolo sul Senio, a small medieval town with events in summer and autumn ( Chestnuts Festival), Casola Valsenio on the other side with its Spring Festival, the Festival of Herbs, ' Casola is a Fairy Tale ' and the Festival of Forgotten Fruits. On the same way: Riolo Terme , famous thermal spa center with golf course with 18 holes and Faenza, a ton of the Palio and artistic ceramics . Do not miss Brisighella , in the Lamone Valley, romantic village known for its fine Medieval Festival and olive oil production.
