Giovane, luminoso, pratico e funzionale , recentemente e totalmente ristrutturato, l'appartamento, ubicato nel quartiere Montepellegrino, si sviluppa su una superficie di 50 mq divisi in soggiorno cucina, camera da letto, bagno arredati e corredati per offrire comfort anche per lunghi periodi di soggiorno. Il porto, la stazione metro Giachery, i bus, il centro , il mare a poca distanza. Nei dintorni lo storico mercato di Via Montalbo, i negozi, i ristoranti, i pubs. Al rientro la tranquillità, la consapevolezza di un rifugio sicuro dove concedersi dei momenti di meritato relax.
L'appartamento dispone di aria condizionata, riscaldamento autonomo, bagno con doccia , letto matrimoniale e guanciali water foam, comodo divano letto matrimoniale , televisore 32 pollici, frigo, forno,piano cottura, utensili da cucina, caffettiera, tostapane, asciugacapelli, biancheria da letto e da bagno, prodotti per la pulizia .
WI-FI ILLIMITATO IN TUTTA LA STRUTTURA.
L' appartamento si trova in un animato e folcloristico quartiere, tra il mare e le pendici di Monte Pellegrino, poco lontano da luoghi di grande interesse storico e artistico.E' situato a poca distanza dal mercato di Via Montalbo, caratteristico per la varietà di merce, soprattutto alimenti, da comprare a prezzi economici e specialità gastronomiche da "street food " palermitano; alle pendici di Monte Pellegrino per visitare con immediatezza il Santuario di Santa Rosalia, Patrona della città, o la scintillante spiaggia di Mondello; a 10 minuti a piedi dal porto di Palermo, e a 15 minuti a piedi da Via Libertà-Via Ruggero Settimo, il centro della città e luogo dello shopping (Piazza Politeama dista circa 1200 metri dall' abitazione e poco più avanti il Teatro Massimo).A pochi passi la stazione Metro Giachery che in 10 minuti permetterà di raggiungere ,a sole 4 fermate (fermata Orleans) la Cattedrale , Palazzo dei Normanni e chiese ed edifici storici nei dintorni mentre la stazione ferroviaria a due fermate successive.Vicino l' abitazione pure la fermata degli autobus. Per chi venisse con la propria auto avrà la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito e facile da trovare di fronte l' appartamento e, in alternativa, ad un costo economico, presso una autorimessa vicino casa.Intorno l' alloggio si potranno trovare negozi di ogni genere (supermercati, panifici, pescivendoli, carnezzerie, bar, rivenditori di tabacchi, farmacie, banche ) oltre a ristoranti, pizzerie, pubs e perfino la sala bingo. Dal punto in cui si trova l' appartamento sarà facile e immediato raggiungere i luoghi della nightlife palermitana e dei suoi innumerevoli locali.
