At the gates of Palermo, the Sicilian capital, one of the most scenic stretches of the territory and known where the past has left its mark and nature is still full of unforgettable scents and colors, scenic treasures and must-see cultural relics. A landscape thus richly stocked and rewarded by a mild climate all year round and an unsurpassed cuisine, specifically in Monreale along the end of the central C.so Calatafimi, a major road that links the old town to the new town, the location is fine and delicious Strawberry Mansion annexe of approx. 60 meters with breathtaking views of the beautiful Gulf of Palermo. Luxury finishes, furnished and equipped composed of living Entrance with wall-in kitchen with oven and refrigerator, living room with sofa bed (two beds) and TV 40 "Satellite LED, air conditioning and Internet WIFI unlimited free and a glass wall with a breathtaking panoramic view, from where on a clear day and the sky is clear you can see all the Aeolian Islands bedroom composed of a double bed and a nice antique wardrobe and a beautiful window overlooking the bay of Palermo, second bedroom with two twin beds with pool window. bathroom w / shower plus bidet and washing machine. the cleaning and linen change are weekly. the annex has access to a beautiful private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, open 6 (six) months a year from May to October with a shower and a living area with a barbecue surrounded by greenery of the Villa pertaining inhabited year round by family owners, while outside spicc ano flower gardens, meticulously maintained and with palms and banana trees along with other plants recall the local vegetation. We organize excursions to visit the Cathedral of Monreale (famous worldwide for its mosaics) less than Km 2 and the city of Palermo with its beautiful monuments / churches of which is very rich as a result of various dominations in millennia past that km is only 3. the location of the annex is strategic because within minutes you can reach the highway to the airport or to make trips to Cefalu (50 km) or Erice and San Vito Lo Capo (80 km) and the historic center Palermo, with its unrivaled and irreplaceable monuments is only 2 Km.

“Fantastic Villa!”
We stayed at Dimora Fragolina for 10 nights and had the most fantastic time. The villa had everything that we needed and what a view over Palermo! We loved the rustic decor of the villa and appreciated the modern amenities i.e. fridge, air conditioning and tv. There is also a washing machine if you need it. The pool was fantasic and the garden was beautifully kept, a very relaxing atmosphere. Probably the only thing missing is a list of local amenities and opening hours etc. Our hosts were really friendly despite the language barrier and were not at all intrusive but were around if we needed them. The villa is ideally situated on the outskirts of Palermo and is about a 10 minute drive to the nearest supermarket (Carrefore Market or Lidl). There is a local bakery a 5 minute walk away which sells a good selection of bread, savory items and cakes. Thank you Miro, Anna Maria, Claudia and Gabriele (and not forgetting Nonna and Papa) for making our stay so memorable!
