Rock up to the beach at this massive, direct ocean-front condo: Cinnamon Beach’s unit 824. Ideally located on the second floor, you get great views but have the added convenience of both elevator and stair access to the beach, two pools and other resort facilities. When your kids or grandkids are in a hurry to see the Atlantic’s dolphins up close - only a race to the beach will do.
While Cinnamon Beach condos all boast great space, you don’t get just a great floor plan and large balcony. Huge windows and soaring ceilings - over 9 feet tall - are lovely extras.
Cinnamon Beach 824 boasts an eclectic touch. It’s a condo that’s decorated just like home. If you hate the sparse, sterile ‘hotel-feel’ of some vacation rentals, delight in a space that’s finished from top to bottom with accessories, art pieces and interest. Lots of houseplants bring the space to life - and better help to keep the air fresh and the home dust-free.
Are you - or could you be - an early riser? Head to your large balcony to watch the sunrise coming up over the ocean’s horizon. As day breaks, a wide stretch of palm trees bursts with local bird-life. Later on, spot dolphins from the comfort of your patio table. Also provided are two sunbeds. These have wheels, for easy rearranging or to follow the morning sun.
In the living room, a very long couch will make tall family members happy, while others can curl into either of two cushioned armchairs. The living room seating faces a large TV - enjoy Glee in the best detail of all.
A ceiling fan whirs above and vertical blinds can control the morning light through the sliding patio doors - you can dictate exactly your climate control preferences.
Do you love to cook? The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and ample cookware - all the pots, pans, spoons and spatulas you’ll need. Eat together either outside on the patio or at the large formal dining table. Upholstered seats have bamboo frames, and a glass table top rests on carved pineapple bases - a symbol of hospitality in the historic south. There’s also a wrap-around breakfast bar with three stools.
Six guests can be accommodated in three bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts simple elegance. Features include sheets and linens in timeless neutrals, a corner writing desk, plentiful storage and a discrete entertainment unit. Sliding doors lead to the patio, while another door opens to the en suite bathroom.
The two guest bedrooms have a double bed and two twins. In the former, creams and lime greens to suit the warm weather and sunny days. The third bedroom is neither too grown up nor aimed towards children. Instead, an inviting space to suit all age groups.
Condo 824 at Cinnamon Beach is a perfect choice for a large group traveling together. Choose to book it in combination with up to twelve units in the same building, including one on the same floor.

We rented this condo for two weeks for a family reunion with our married daughters and their children.Overall we had a great vacation and found the whole resort very beautiful. The condo was very spacious and we loved the high ceilings and big balcony. The condo was advertised for sleeping 8 (we were with 8) but it was not really suited for more than 6. The sofa bed was in poor shape and there were only 6 dining room chairs. The furniture looked nice but wasn't really that comfortable. The screen door to the balcony needed to be repaired (it was done quickly by maintenance). The DVD player in the living room didn't work so we needed to make adjustments. There was a chair with a broken leg in the bedroom. Nevertheless, it all worked out, and we had a good time.
“Nice luxurious condo with a beautiful ocean view”

This is a beautiful luxurious condo but has a few items which need attention.
The king size bed is very uncomfortable and could use a pillow top.
The sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable to sit on and I can imagine that it is also uncomfortable to sleep in.
The sofa bed should just be a regular comfortable couch.
The connections for the TVs need to be fixed to have a clear picture.
Overall it is a nice condo apartment.

The condo and surrounding area were beautiful! It exceeded our expectations and will be back!! We had the convenience of things to do nearby while still having the feeling of privacy and seclusion...the best of both worlds! Thank you so much for an amazing family vacation!

This condo was beautiful, clean, and just a short walk from the beach. Only one problem...you cannot see the beach from the balcony. The dunes are too high to be able to see the beach from the second floor. Also, the pools are about a 1/4 mile from the bldg and this bldg was the closest one! We loved Cinnamon Beach, but would probably consider something a little closer to St. Augustine because there's so much more to do there! I would suggest providing an adequate amount of toilet paper and paper towels...a 3 br condo for a week at $2200, there should more than 3 rolls of tp and a half used roll of paper towels! Vacation rental pros were super professional and very thorough in their details. I have never booked a condo totally online and this went so smoothly! Will definitely consider Vacation rental pros again!

We had great stay at Cinnamon Beach! Only complaint was the general cleanliness of the condo. Although we were told to arrive anytime after 3pm when we arrived at 6pm the cleaning team was still in the condo. This made our arrival rather awkward. We also recommend that the beds have fitted bottom sheets as the flat sheets continuously came off in the night.

We had an outstanding stay with our 4 year old twins. The only negative was that there was not a flat screen TV (as advertised) but a CRT (with no Hdmi, which didn't allow iPad connection). Our stay exceeded expectations.

Unit 824 Pros: Gated community made us feel secure. Well manicured landscaping created a visual peacefulness. Interior was tastefully decorated and spacious. Unit is close to beach access walkway and the closest building to the pools. Bring your bikes for convenient travel to pools/clubhouse. Great place nearby for bike riding.

The condo was furnished beautifully and was spotless. We couldn't have been happier. We've stayed at Hammock Beach Resort, Ocean Tower in the past but this was as nice and much less expensive. Beautiful pools and beautiful view. If you want to play golf or have a great dinner at one of Hammock Beach's fine restaurants it's only minutes away. Staying at Cinnamon Beach definitely a win, win situation.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The views were spectacular from our balcony. It was so nice to have access to chairs and umbrellas on the beach and the pool areas had plenty of room! I would definately recommend to anyone that is looking for a quiet relaxing and beautiful spot to vacation!
“Wonderful family vacation - best appointed rental kitchen ever”

Our family rented this unit and the one adjacent for a multi-generational family vacation. We found 524 to be very clean, beautifully furnished and the kitchen was a dream with every pot/pan/utensil/baking dish you can imagine plus a host of cook books.

The pictures don't do 524 justice. It is like a private suite in a fine hotel but with the charm and feel of home. And while normally our kids only go to the pool on vacation, the beach was so beautiful we never got near the pool!!
