Canopy Walk 1012, Ground Floor Unit, Pool, Spa, Wifi
Description from the manager
Don't settle for "beach casual" at your next vacation home -- come to Canopy Walk 1012 and enjoy our beautifully appointed condo with access to a heated pool, spa and more. This gated complex offers all the amenities in a convenient, lovely location

From our large, breezy balcony, look out over the gardens and trees, and enjoy the sight of birds wheeling above the native vegetation and trees. You're just 3 miles from the beach here, but it seems like a completely different terrain, thanks to old-growth oaks and cypresses, natural wooded areas, and attractive landscaping. Whether your passion is the water or the woods, you'll find it here at Canopy Walk!

The balcony contains chairs, and has an enviable view of the sunset. It's a great place for the whole group to get together for after-dinner drinks, a quick round of cards, or a long evening of reminiscing. And that first cup of coffee in the morning tastes especially good out here!

But there are plenty of other places for entertaining, dining, and relaxing at Canopy Walk 1012, too. Our living area is open-plan, with a couch, loveseat, and chair grouped around our large TV (with VCR and DVD player). Just beyond that is the formal dining room, with a long table for 6, wonderfully comfortable padded chairs, and a contemporary-style chandelier. Whether you've prepared a homecooked feast or just ordered out, it might taste a little better at this elegant table!

And speaking of homecooked feasts, the kitchen is a gourmet chef's delight. Decorated in black and white, it offers all the major and minor appliances, a full complement of cookware, dishes, and utensils, and nice little touches such as ice and water in the door of the fridge, a blender for preparing those frosty, fruity drinks, and a coffee maker for fresh roast first thing in the morning. And the cook isn't isolated from the fun elsewhere in the house -- our long, low kitchen counter doubles as a serving space and sideboard once the feast is ready!

You may not use all of the gadgets in the kitchen, but you will definitely appreciate the full-sized washer and dryer in our laundry room. With all the activities waiting for you here at Canopy Walk, you're going to need fresh changes of clothes all the time, and our washer and dryer makes running a quick load so easy!

One of the most important parts of a great vacation is getting a good night's sleep, and everyone will slumber peacefully at Canopy Walk 1012. Our master suite includes a queen-sized bed, and TV, and large, sunlight (or moonlight!) filled windows. It just feels airy and calm -- and you'll love the en suite bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower.

The second and third bedrooms are just as comfortable. One offers a queen-size bed, the other another queen bed. A second full bathroom with shower and bathtub is convenient to both rooms, and all towels (as well as linens, blankets, and pillows) are provided for you. Just move in!

At the Canopy Walk condo complex, you're right next door to Ginn Hammock PGA Golf Course, half a mile from the European Village for fine dining and shopping, just down the road from St. Augustine, and within an easy drive of Orlando, Daytona, and other attraction-filled destinations. You'd never guess, as you sit on the balcony in early morning and watch a blue heron on the edge of the Intracoastal, that so much activity was quite so close, yet Canopy Walk is convenient to just about everything in the area.

And you never have to leave the complex to have fun. For nature lovers, the Intracoastal is a maze of hiking, walking, and biking trails. For sports people, we have a marina in which to dock your boat, stocked fishing lakes, basketball and volleyball courts, swimming pools, and a clubhouse with game rooms. For kids, there's a special water playground. Bring your gear -- our oversized garage can handle all of it!

Come stay at Canopy Walk 1012 very soon.
Additional amenities include: biking, boating, beach, fishing, washer / dryer.

We attended a family reunion and 89th birthday celebration! Canopy Walk was the perfic place to get away from the group to unwind and recharge. We also had everything we needed to host one of the meals for the group. Location and view was great! Walking on the intercostal walkway was a bonus! Thanks we may see you again next year:)

This was our 2nd Thanksgiving in this unit. It felt like coming home. Was able to cook a full turkey feast in well-stocked kitchen. The new flat-screen in the living room was nice. Could use some new linens that properly fit the master bed. Will be back in the future. Thanks!

We were very please with our recent rental. The place is beautiful and well maintain. The rental was very clean and well equipped. The only thing we (the 5 of us) didn't like is the comfort of the beds. Other than that it is a place to recommend. Nice view and nice walks to do from the place

I will definitely go back to this unit in the future, but there were a few things that would make it better. The LR needs a television upgrade and the master bed was very very squeaky - if you get my drift!!! When we arrived and turned on the water there was a very strong sulphur odor. It came out of all the faucets. We ran out to buy several gallons of bottled water. After 3 calls, we finally reached someone who told us to turn on all the hot water faucets to empty out the tank. You would think they would do that for you the day before you arrive. Bedding was a bit substandard for the rest of the unit. This might sound like it was a negative experience, but no...I loved it. View was incredible, kitchen was well-equipped (I cooked an entire Thanksgiving meal there), and our stay was wonderful. Thanks!

My grandaughter and I stayed a month at Canopy Walk in Palm Coast, it was a fabulous place to stay. It was so peaceful sitting on the porch watching the boats go by on the Intercoastal. So much to do in and around Palm Coast, we truly enjoyed this vacation.

Enjoyed my visit in Palm Coast and enjoyed staying at Canopy Walk. The only situation that occurred was the pool was closed for a day...I did not receive any communication regarding this prior to arriving or once I was at Canopy Walk. We packed up and went to the beach for the day. It would have been nice if it would of been posted that the pool was not going to be available for the day. I do not feel this was a lack of communication by VacationRentalPros. I believe this was something that the association/complex did. I would contact VacationRentalPros to assist me in the future! Great Service and Great Property!!!

All good! Great visit with family. Good location. Very quiet and peaceful. Great view of boats coming and going. Had a bonus one night of decorated boats for Christmas parade from Canopy Walk Yacht Club.

We're a family ranging from 42 to 6. . . and there was something for everyone. The pool was actually closed for quite a bit of our stay (lightening blew the motor), but I asked the manager if it happens frequently (in case we want to buy) and he said it was the first time ever that the pool has been closed like that. But, the kids loved the pool. Daddy loved the dock and the fishing. Mama loved the shopping just a 1/2 hour away at the St. Augustine outlet malls. And we all loved the beach. It was a fabulous time, great location and quiet and peaceful -- not touristy. Loved it! Thank you!

Just as last year we enjoyed our stayed at Canopy Walk. We hope to make this an annual trip. The only concerns that I had were that there was no enough towels on hand for bathing. We were a party of six and there was only a total of 5 towels...there should have been at least four or five more. When we first arrived there was a very strong odor of sulphur. But the problem was resolved very quickly due to the quick response I received from both Steve and Frank...thank you! Very nice place to stay : )

When we planned our trip to Florida we had to keep our children in mind. This was to be our first family vacation. The condo in Canopy Walk was beyond our expectations, We had to make sure it was ours! The first night we were there we couldn't find our key card, all it took was one phone call and someone was at our door with it. This was the nicest vacation that we have ever taken. My husband and I still talk about the condo and pool and how much we look forward to going next year.
