As a sixth-floor penthouse, with massive windows and soaring ceilings, this unit feels even bigger than its 1910 square feet. While both air-conditioning and ceiling fans are available to keep you comfortable, you might prefer to let nature do its thing and send in gorgeous ocean breezes.

While the condo packs a long list of unbelievable extras, you'll probably love its simplest feature most. From here, you might even be lucky enough to spot dolphins playing offshore and will surely adore watching pelicans' antics.

For a full relaxation, you'll want to spend at least part of your day unwinding on the large couch in the open-plan living space. While there are plenty of views to be enjoyed through the patio sliding doors, there's lots else to choose from, too. Just bring your laptop and share hours of YouTube classics with family and friends.

Carpeted throughout, this newly updated condo has a great sense of home. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen, all manner of extra conveniences are provided: so you can spend more time at the beach or in either of the two pools. In-suite laundry deftly tackles your swimsuits and towels, and local phone service makes it easy to call for pizza when the cook wants a night off.

Three bedrooms are on a split plan, to maximize everyone's sense of privacy. Located at the condo's ocean side, the master bedroom feels a world removed from any stress or schedule you might know. It has not only a king-sized bed but a massive en suite bathroom with separate shower and soaker tub, too. Towards the foyer are the two guest bedrooms (1 with a queen bed and 1 with two twins). These rooms share a full bathroom.

Enjoy mornings by the pool or simply on your patio, savoring a fresh cup of coffee and your favorite magazine. This condo was a great place to vacation. When I vacation I like to make breakfast. Once again the frying pan was very warped. I went out and purchased two pans for $25.00. They were so good I took them home with me.Everthing else was great and will probably return next year.

This Condo exceeded our expectations. Very clean, beautifully decorated, close to the beach, pools very clean and cafe, service ect. couldn't have been better. The beach is beautiful, uncrowded, couldn't ask for more. The condo is very large with large deck with an incredible view!! A very quiet relaxing spot for a great vacation. We will definately return!! We highly reccommend Ocean Hammock!!

What a pleasant condo. We spent many hours sitting on our balcony watching the golfers and the ocean waves. Palm Coast is a perfect place to enjoy nature and all that it has to offer. Our condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The beach is pristine and uncrowded. Pools are nice - we used both the "quiet" pool and the more family oriented pool. Property manager Justin was very helpful and professional with the minor cleaning (bed sheets) and maintenance (minor washing machine leak) issues we had. We'll likely be back next year for another visit!

The only complaint is the no cooler rule at the pool, as well as no splashing in the pool. I understanding no diving, running, or even jumping, but no splashing? If the property owners don't want kids, then advertise the property that way. My complaint may also stem from the "pool police", as we came to call him. I don't know his name, but it seemed he felt compelled to correct someone's behavior each time he walked through the pool area. Otherwise, great vacation.

Overall, very enjoyable vacation. The only thing I would like to see changed is the policy of no coolers at the pool. I did notice the policy was not really enforced, but it would have made me upset if it had been. I believe with dehydration issues it's not a reasonable policy. I could see no glass containers. Also, it would be nice to be able to buy a week pass at a reasonable rate for the toll bridge, but I assume that is a state issue.
