Cinnamon Beach 655, 5th Floor Beach Front Corner Condo with Huge HDTV, Wifi
Description from the manager
They say that sea air makes you sleepy. If true, it’s a shame – you might miss an amazing Atlantic Ocean sunrise from your private beachfront balcony. Not to worry, the spectacular show is yours to enjoy every day of your stay at Cinnamon Beach – and you don’t have to walk very far at all.
Cinnamon Beach Condo 655’s location is the absolute tops. Directly on the beach, just above the private beach access, you wouldn’t be the first guest to never leave your balcony at all. A massive space with a full-sized dining table and sun beds, it’s filled with gorgeous sunlight all morning.
As a corner unit, the condo’s yummiest corners are totally unique to this layout. Not only is your view extended southeasterly along Cinnamon Beach, but you enjoy even more natural sunlight as it travels to the south in the afternoon.
Your bright and open living room, with an amazing new LCD TV and DVD player, and lovely formal dining area boast lovely windows that units elsewhere in the building don’t have. All this extra sunlight might warm things up, so both ceiling fans and air conditioning are in-built, and the quality window shades offer great control.
A fully equipped, gourmet kitchen is a fantastic base for your family’s hive of activity. Simply stock up on favorite food and snacks at the nearby Publix supermarket and self-cater through your entire vacation. Beach picnics are highly recommended and, for after-dinner entertainment, the condo’s owners have provided buckets and spades. For local restaurants, we’re happy to provide recommendations (just email us).
Again, unique to this corner unit is a charming break nook. A café-style glass table with cushioned wrought iron chairs makes a lovely spot to hang out while the morning coffee brews or someone puts the blender to work (smoothies or margaritas, depending on the time of day).
Between daytrips, walks on the beach, golf and time in the heated pools and hot tub, you might not make it back to your master suite until well past bedtime. After a long day, it’s an ideal retreat in which to happily drift off. A king-sized bed feels especially decadent thanks to its carved wooden headboard and the en suite bathroom is totally five-star. You’ll love waking to the sounds and views of the ocean. Large windows bring the show straight to you.
Guests – whether other couples in your group, grown children, teens or little ones – the queen bed has its own private bathroom and the third bedroom has a full bathroom right next door. (Sharing? Forget it!) If required, a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room supplements a queen bed in bedroom two and extra-long twins in bedroom three.
Read the praise of past guests, below, and quickly note the trend of rave-review comments. Cinnamon Beach is perfect for families of all ages. Those with young children will love the kids’ water park Splash Zone. Teens will love the freedom to come and go within the secure resort grounds – and have plenty of fun in the sun. For adults there’s golf and the nearby nightlife of St. Augustine and Daytona and couples have all the romance of endless beach and balmy air.
Large groups can easily book this unit in combination with two others also on the fifth floor: condos 651 and 653. What will you celebrate?

We had a great time. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room in the condo. The 3 bathrooms were a great amenity. The balcony was amazing and the view was beautiful. Even though we were there during Storm Debby, the breeze from the ocean enabled us to sit on the balcony during the entire week. We never had trouble getting an elevator and the pools were refreshing and so nice. We loved the keyless entry. We will definitely be back next year. Vacation rental pros were great to work with.

My main complaint is that there are only 2 carts provided per building. With all of the people coming in and going out on Saturdays, I basically had to carry everything up and down by hand. Since I was with 2 elderly people and Tom, my husband, had had knee surgery, it was all left up to me (his wife). You need at least 5 carts per building. I would imagine satisfying your customers in this regard would reap benefits down the road. Willie Bell

The property has an excellent view of the ocean and is much the same layout as the one we stayed at in the fall of 2010. I found the last one to be a bit more welcoming with a guest registry to leave thoughts, food recommendations, tourist info and more! I would definitely suggest NY Joes Italian right across the bridge in Palm Coast, amazing food! We went back twice!! A map with more information about the amenities such as pool, fitness center and more would be helpful. We explored and learned our way though, we will be back. Definitely a peaceful stay at the right price. Thanks!

The cleaning staff was rude! They woke my guests up by coming in unannounced at 8:00 am the day we were leaving - even though check-out isn't until 10:00 am and people were still in bed. They were actaually trying to clean the place while people were waking up, showering, eating breakfast - no kidding! Then, when my guests were a few minutes late checking out because the cleaning people were in the way, the cleaner then said they were charging us an extra day and told us to call her supervisor. That supervisor (Rick) was very rude, said to call the office and hung up on my guests. Very unclassy and very rude. They will tell you that this is a story I we are making up but I tell you it is not. I actually live at Cinnamon Beach and was getting blow-by-blow updates as all of this was going on.

After 7 days at Disney World, we had two days left of a 10-day vacation. Our daughter and son-in-law are teachers and were interested in the history of St augustine. I contacted Vrpros about a beach property near St augustine, but with short notice they had nothing closer than this property, which is about 20 miles from St augustine. We decided to take it, and are very happy that we did. The quality of the property and amenities more than made up for the distance. Our grandchildren are ages 4 and 7; they enjoyed the pool and beach very much while their parents (who also loved the property and beach) enjoyed St augustine. We managed to tear the grandchildren away from the property for a trolley tour and the alligator Farm. This was the perfect end to our vacation.

This is our second visit to the complex. The pool is great for our little ones. It was a little quiet, because of few occupied units, but it was perfect for us. The unit was wonderful. I would certainly rent again! Thank you!

Condo was in a superb location and ideal for our party of three couples. Really enjoyed the early morning walks along the beach. The pool areas were very well kept and the hot tub much used after our rounds of golf. Plenty of great tips on dining etc from Steve Milo.

Pros: Best ocean view! Very large nicely decorated condo. We practiccly had the beach to ourselves. Cons: To many kids at the adult pool. No bbq grills. maintenance brought the loungers for our balcony on the morning we were leaving would have been nice to have those all week. Overall a great vacation and would definately return!

This is the absolute best place we have ever stayed. We are a family of 4 with two small children. The spacious condo and all of it's amenities will give you all the comforts of home. The only difference is outside on the balcony you have a breathtaking view of the atlantic Ocean. Awesome views and easy access to a more private beach than anywhere else we have been is a definite plus. Splash Zone and the pool are great for the whole family. Speaking of family that is what is most important about our stay. This is a relaxed atmosphere that is very family oriented. We look forward to coming back in 2009.

I would recommend this rental to all my friends. The condo community was neat and clean and the grounds were beautiful. Our rental was spacious enough for both families to enjoy comfortably. We enjoyed staying at Cinnamon Beach, just a short drive from Marineland and St. Augustine. We are already planning a trip for next year. Thanks Steve!

We were there from Friday, June 6 through Saturday June 14 along with friends and family in 7 other units who were gathered for our Suday June 8 wedding and I can't say enough good things about the location, units, general overall condition of the property. Everyone had a simply wonderful time and everyone was very pleased with their accommodations. If I had to register any complaint, it would be the 10:00 a.m. checkout. Even one hour later would have made a big difference. But please know that we will be returning again and again for future vacations. Lyn Jarrell Mulvey

Wow! The four of us, including 2 children 7 & 8, stayed in 655 Cinnamon Beach and absolutely loved it! Everything was spectacular! Unit was very clean, and seemed even larger than in photos. Condo was very quiet. Buckets for the beach were appreciated. Would have been helpful to have food delivery and visitor process explained, as well as a map of the entire Ocean Hammock area. Would highly recommend to friends!
