If your vacation plans include nonstop days of fun at the pool, and along the beach, consider Cinnamon Beach’s condo 1052 as an ideal slice of home to enjoy after perfect days in the sun. As a garden view suite but just steps to the ocean, you get all the space, comfort and convenience as in other units - at a fraction of the cost. A perfect choice for families on the go! (Did we mention Disney World is just two hours’ drive?)
Beach towels and groceries are the only items you’ll need to self-cater; a fully equipped kitchen takes the guess-work out of choosing a child-friendly restaurant and, once they’re in bed, you have a gorgeous balcony on which to enjoy a glass of wine. Overlooking the Ocean Hammock Lake, the sunset views are thrown in for free.
This condo provides total comfort, whatever the weather. Alternate between air conditioning, ceiling fans or drawing the blinds closed, depending on your preference.
Cleverly divided into three areas, your open-plan living space includes a living/family room, dining area and an inviting kitchen. You’ll enjoy a much greater sense of togetherness than you might at home, even when they’re all ‘doing their own thing’. A large living room has a long, cushioned couch and two arm chairs. There’s plenty of room for everyone in your group to enjoy a movie or board game together.
For your entertainment pleasure, this specific condo includes cable with 250 channels. It includes free Showtime. And, the phone in the condo allows FREE unlimited long distance calls to anywhere in the US and Canada. Wow!
A dining table seats your family comfortably. Upholstered wooden chairs ring a glass-topped ‘pineapple palm’ base. During the day this table can handily double as a cool, indoor retreat for playing cards or for use as a desk. High-speed wireless Internet is provided, you need only bring your laptop (or ban technology all together - if you dare!)
The kitchen’s U-shaped counters accommodate even the most ambitious of meal plans - just try to get too many chefs in here. Your blender, your toaster and an in-built microwave sit ready and waiting.
When ready to reward yourself, look no further than your master suite, where a king-sized bed and divine en-suite bathroom await. Private access to your lakefront balcony ices the cake, wouldn’t you say? Your guests have equally comfortable accommodations in bedrooms two and three, furnished with a queen and two twin beds, respectively. Spacious wall closets, large dressers, TV and DVD players and a luxury shared bathroom make this vacation feel like a real escape from the every day.
Enjoy the peace of mind of this gated resort and hassle-free parking - an underground facility keeps your car cool despite the daytime heat. Kids will love the many resort facilities - as will you. Two large pools are separately designated for family use and adult use. The kids’ area features a mini “Splash Zone” water park - so stock up on waterproof sunscreen and blank memory cards for your camera. Recommended day trips include nearby St. Augustine and all the excitement of Daytona.

Upon arrival the unit floor was wet I'm hoping from steam cleaning. Pull out couch full of dirt and had toys in it as well as popcorn from some previous renter. When houskeeping followed up they did not apologize just stated they were aware of the problem and this rarely happens. Nice... The property staff very nice. Pools were amazing. There was a toll to go to the store each time we left 2.00 and ten minute drive to go to store which was inconvienent. The beach current was so bad we could not get in and had to be very cautious with our children. Overall experience of location convienence beach I give a 2 out of 5. I was very dissapointed and ready for Ormond or Daytona beach when I left. Unfortanetly our money was spent on the pricey stay of dissapoint.

The condo and property were exactly as pictured on the website: new and clean. Beds and other furniture were comfortable. Facilities were fantastic. Wifi in the room was sometimes spotty and would have preferred flat screen TVs in the bedrooms (TVs were the old style and were fairly small) - but those are small things given we really didn't spend a lot of time on the internet or watching much tv.

Is there any way to have gas grills placed on the premises? With 2 small children, we enjoy grilling outside for a few days during our beach stays. We'd love to see grills added to Cinnamon Beach. Also, thanks for the extended pool hours this year. That was great.

We rented three units on the fifth floor, next to each other. Very nice being close to each other. I found the walk to the pool long, and hot. That being said we enjoyed our vacation. We were surprised how cold the ocean was in late June. Most of the staff was friendly. The gate keeper Everett had a melt down on one of our entries to the complex, he offended several of our family members with his language.

We stayed last year and was very very happy that's what prompted us to come again. The elevator broke right when it was time to check out and our departure was very difficult. We had to carry luggage and grocery and bags and etc down 5 flight of stairs. Up and down we went. We did call but there was noone on duty bcuz of the holiday. This will make us look to stay somewhere that has 24hr maintenance. The sink leaked in the kitchen in unit 1052.

Did you have a good overall stay? The overall stay was excellent, we enjoyed it !! A little overwhelmed by the scale of the resort, the adverts (deliberately) avoid to show the high buildings packed close together.

They told me it was going to be stocked with minimal essentials but I surely didn't expect to have wash cloths, towels, soap in the restrooms, beautiful dishes, lots of pots, pans and glasses. It was well stocked. There was an absolutely beautiful view of the lake and the club house and other on site facilities were great. My family and I were well pleased. May come back before the end of the summer.

1. Since last year, the telephone system was changed to cable. this means that in a unit that has 4 phones, only one works, and it is very inconveniently located. A new system with three wireless satellite phones is needed.

Great family vacation rental. Close to St. Augustine and Daytone. Private beach was beautiful and not overcrowded. Very comfortable stay for 5 adults and two young children. However, had to learn the meaning of Ocean View vs Ocean Side (on the beach.)

This was our first family trip since having kids and it was wonderful! The property was very clean. The kitchen was well equipt and the views, while not on the ocean were pretty. The kids had plenty of space to play and the grownups had plenty of room to visit. The beach is a very short walk away - even for little legs; and the pool is just a little further. We loved the zero entry on the family pool. During low tide, small fish would get caught in the rocks along the beach shore and the kids loved watching them! Oh, and there was also undercover parking which kept our cars cleaner. Overall we had a great time and are planning a return next summer with my family again and a return in the fall with my husband's family!
