1154 Cinnamon Beach, 5th Floor, HDTV, Wifi, Elevator, 2 Pools
Description from the manager
Treat yourself to ocean views and luxury living at a quiet, family-friendly resort environment that's equal parts golf, beach and heaven. Ocean and lake views are twice as nice: you get the best of Florida with tons of water and endless palm trees.

Spoil yourself and drink in guilty pleasures: this condo offers a cable package with over 250 channels. There's more! Wireless Internet is included too, as is a phone plan providing unlimited free calls to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada.

Enjoy any or all of the above (you can multi-task, right?) curled into one of the living room's couches or arm chairs. Tons of cushions on elegant sofas mean you sit comfortably and in great style. Eight new patio chairs, including 2 swivel rockers and a new patio dining table, mean that you will enjoy a unique southern view that stretches from the golf course to the ocean.

This unit has a great open floor plan and, within, a clever division of space. The living room offers soft carpet underfoot, while the kitchen and dining areas are tiled - a relief to parents everywhere. The dining room has a wonderful tropical decor and includes a CD/MP3 player for enjoyment of your favorite sounds while dining. The living room with ceiling fan also has a tropical decor with a newly refurbished sofa and chair set, a new 42 flat HDTV tv and a DVD player.

A high-end kitchen is this condo's crowning glory. Granite counters abut new appliances, with plentiful cupboards and drawers on three sides. Open over a breakfast bar to the rest of the living area, you have great views to enjoy while waiting for the coffee to brew.

Three bedrooms offer decadent space for six guests, while a living room sleeper sofa puts the total accommodation at eight. A master suite king bed and large en suite bathroom is surely the room you'll want to 'shotgun'. The king bed is crowned with a gorgeous carved wood headboard. Turn to your room for privacy or quiet time, there's a fantastic writing desk tucked just beneath a large window. Lovely. Guest bedrooms are no second prize, both offer elegant comfort and lots of natural daylight. The Master bedroom and the guest bedroom both have a tropical decor, while the third bedroom with twin beds is set in a golf themed environment. Ceiling fans and tvs with dvd players are in each bedroom.

Got a bigger group? Fit everyone all under one roof: building 11! This unit shares the same management as two others also on the fifth floor (Cinnamon Beach 1151 and Cinnamon Beach 1152), not mention yet more upstairs and down. This is the easy and convenient solution for any large group's travel plans. Headache solved.

Convenient living is never more appreciated than when on vacation: it's precious time and you want to use it well. To that end, we're happy to provide a full-size washer and dryer within the unit itself. Never let chores stop you from enjoying a minute of beach or pool time.

Throughout your stay at Cinnamon Beach, you'll delight most in our helpful and courteous staff (yes, even more than your ocean views - they're that good!). Top-notch pool facilities as well as walking trails and a high-end fitness center ensure you're fit to be seen.

This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 1154 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). This is building 11, fifth floor. We also manage Unit 1151 (5th floor), 1152 (next door). Perfect for families and groups traveling together.

Our condo is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. We came to this condo with 8 extended family members. The youngest two were teenagers. We were immediately impressed with the bright and roomy, perfectly decorated homey atmosphere of this rental. The beds were comfortable, and the teenagers slept one on the sofa bed and the other on the large air mattress we brought along with us. The bedroom with the twin beds was quite bright at night from the lighting outside the window, but we solved that with an extra sheet which we draped over the blinds to darken the room. There were plenty of bath towels, blankets and dishes, etc. to make our stay comfortable.
We kept this as our home base as we explored the Palm Coast area from St. Augustine to Daytona Beach. Whenever we were "home" at the condo, some relaxing beach time was included in the day. It was the height of luxury to go to the beach through the club pool entrance and have the friendly guys at the gate set up our beach chairs and umbrellas! There were two pools we could use, one was for families with smaller children and the other was a "quiet pool", which was so perfectly calm and relaxing to lounge around and float in.
The kitchen was well equipped and big enough for several of us to be working on a meal at the same time. However, we could have made use of a large sauce pan or dutch oven when we made our big batch of spaghetti, but made do with a very large frying pan to cook the noodles! The dining room table was large enough for all of us, after we pulled a couple of extra chairs up. The washer and dryer were wonderful to have available, and the internet was reliable, even with several of us online at the same time! The elevator to this 5th floor unit was a great help to those of us who really didn't want to climb the steps, but there were times it was very warm in there and we wished we could have gotten up to our floor a little faster! It was really nice that one of our cars could be parked in the roomy garage below the building in the shade while we weren't on the road.
The only slight problem we had when we first arrived was that apparently the renters before us thought it might be humorous to mix up the TV remotes from room to room, and they must have borrowed one of the cables from the queen bedroom to use in the living room for something else, and neglected to return it to the bedroom to hook it back up properly. We found it in a living room cupboard and got it all connected correctly after we got the remotes sorted out. Other than that, we loved out time at this unit, especially sitting out on the balcony early in the morning with our coffee to start the day.
The guards at the complex gate were always very efficient and friendly to us as we came in and out of the area. The smoothies from the little snack area near the pools were excellent, and you could even order one from the quiet pool to be brought to you there.
I am keeping this condo in our travel file for future reference and will most certainly want to stay here again. And of course I would highly recommend this unit in this complex to anyone who is looking for a luxurious home away from home in the area!

A nice unit. However I would like to recommend the following: the pan handles were loose, we did not have a screw driver to tighten them, the kitchen needed : hot pads, wire whisk, rubber spatula. This does not mean I would not rent this again, I would maybe take some stuff along from home.

this was a beautiful place to just kick back and relax the only drawback it is so isolated from everything which can be a good thing if you hadn't planned on any activitys..had to go to daytona or st. augustine to do anything..there are no complaints from us, the little lake in front of the condo contained a small gator and turtles of all sizes which the grandchildren and grown-ups all enjoyed..i would recommend this vacation spot to anyone,,also the childrens pool was very nice and the cafe food was wonderful..thanks for a great vacation mr. milo..the wheeler family..

the condo was very clean and exactly as described. I was very happy with the condo itself, only complaint would be the balcony furniture was very unncomfortable and seemed like an afterthough. was cast iron table and chairs but there were only 3 chairs and a wicker bench with no pillows. not enough seating for the family to sit outside together and eat. also i felt sort of lost once i got to the condoe, there was nothing there to point us towards the beach or the pool area. i suggest some sort of map so that renters could know exactly where to go.

We enjoyed our monthy and Cin/. Beach properties and find them to be ofgood quality. My backgroung is insurance property inspection and risk management. It is a very quiet and secluded location offers ease to workout room and pools. The furniture in our unit may need to be looked at and considered eligible for repalcement, touch up painting, and replacing the luandry doors. Guest golf course fees at the local courses are high and shoudl also offer a weekly Range Fee too for us servious players.

unfortunately i didn't stay in unit 1154. we stayed in unit 1152. Mr. Randolph stayed in 1154. 1154 was nice but had no color on the walls which compared to the other units it was kinda cold. But outside of that it was a beautiful unit.

My friends and I was very impressed with the room and the people. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our dvd player wasnt working and kathern came out right away to solve our problem. We had such a relaxing vacation that we all said we will be back. The only bad thing about our whole stay would be that two dollar toll that we had to pay everytime we came back to the resort. But the views and people made up for that. We just know now for next time to go to walmart and get everything that we need so we wouldnt have to leave so much.

The grounds are beautiful. As you drive in, you feel as though you are escaping all the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The pools are quite nice and the beach is never crowded. We also were pleased with the food and prices at the poolside grille.

We really enjoyed the zero entry pool for our little one - it allowed us to enjoy the pool without worrying the water was too deep. The fact that the property is located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach was also a real plus!
