We have stayed at the Summer Wind for two years in a row. The size a d the location are perfect for our growing family. We were 7 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of room. The elevator is perfect for our grandma that needs assistance. We love the children's pool and grill room, too.
The only problem that we had was that the propane for the gas grill was empty when we wanted to grill steaks. We had to go to Publix And get a new tank.
All in all it was a fabulous house and we had a great vacation!

We thought we were renting a 5 br, 51/2 b, home-turns out the basement room with a sleeper sofa counted as the bedroom. The only problem was that the bottom of the house smelled musty - needed a dehumidifier - and our grandson who has allergies could not sleep down there. Overall, the house is beautiful and well appointed. The elevator did not work, but the property manager came in the next day and had it repaired. The outside of the house had spider webs with bugs entwined all along the outside of the house. The property mgr. explained that they had not had time to have it pressure washed. Alsok the paint was peeling off of the railing on the outside. If you only need 4 bedrooms, the house is very nice. It does not have a pool and is across the street from the beach. I think one of the bedrooms should have twin beds to accommodate another person.

This property is even more beautiful than the pictures. It was a truly memorable vacation. Len was a pleasure to deal with from our first e-mail thru his follow up call to ensure we had a great time. We had two families in the home and there was plenty of room for everybody. The house had everything we needed and everything was in good working order. We look forward to returning to "Summerwind"

Thank god for the beautiful home because we had 2 days out of 7 of sunshine. My only suggestion that my whole party talked of often was the quality of the porch furniture on the main floor. We spent ALOT of time on the porch and cushions were always wet due to the rain and the furniture on the master bedroom porch was perfect. cleanliness of the porch areas on arrival could have been improved and the old grill taken away instead of stored backwards on the porch. Beach chairs were an added plus!! Overall a beautiful place but next time I will try to find something more Oceanfront.

We had a wonderful week at the beach with our family and everyone overlooked these small flaws and none of them stopped us from having a great time, I do need to tell you my husband and I were under whelmed with the appearance of the home. There was a rusty old bbq left out on one terrace, pieces of the patio furniture that had fallen off under the furniture, random fan blades as well as unswept porches. I can't help mentioning the really dirty carpeting by garage door entrance. It looked like it had been steamed cleaned one too many times. I wore shoes in the house at all times. I did call the property manager about the mildew shower curtain and she fixed that issue quickly and was fine after that. I would recommend this home if I knew these minor issues were attended too. Seems like it needs some updating
I was also turned off by the mail box outside that looked like it had been on fire at one point.

Convient to beach, pools & grille. Plenty of privacy in home for each couple. Kitchen large enough for multiple chefs when we prepared a couple of large meals. Owner needs to purchase a second garbage can to put by curb on pick up days. One isn't enough for large group like ours

We really enjoyed our rental home. This property had decent linens and towels, as well as soap, toilet paper, etc. Other rental companies have not provided as good quality, and sometimes little to NO quantity of some of these items. There was some confusion with getting a rental agreement as well as my credit card being processed, but in the end it was all taken care of properly. I would definitely stay with this company again.

The home is close to the beach and was furnished with all necessities, from kitchenware to towels and linens. The management staff was quick to respond to our request to have the porch furniture cleaned, and assisted in making golf arrangements at a nearby public course. Our stay was a wonderful experience!

We just got back from a week long stay here first week of April 2010. From pulling into the neighborhood, I was impressed. The home is way nicer in person compared to the pictures. It is so close to the beach ( which is so quiet) and also so close to the pool! Perfect spot for the whole Florida vacation feeling! As for the resort itself, real clean and nice family environment. The only drawbacks there were all the rules for the rafts, no water toys, no playing water games, no coolers, no drinks, etc. We didn't end up going here very much due to restrictions. As for the "adult pool", ummm it's not. Lots of kids....with all that being said, I would defiantly come back to 529 Cinnamon Beach Lane due to all it's positives! This house makes me want to retire in Palm Coast Florida!! It is a great house with more then we thought! Loved every minute...cant wait to come back;)

When you live in a place for two months, you expect a lot and we were not disappointed. The beach and pools are about 100 yards from the house, trash is picked up twice a week and there is an awesome view of the ocean from the top deck. We saw two space launches from the deck.
