A six-star experience? Guests insist that Wind Song is replete with everything for the perfect vacation. Of course there's a private, heated pool and hot tub, but the outdoor fireplace is where Wind Song steps ahead. Ideal for a group of all ages, Wind Song will deftly keep three (or more!) generations happy at once. It's elegant yet cheerful and never sacrifices comfort. Better still, it's quiet and relaxing inside and out, and is extremely private.

Wind Song does first impressions properly and you'll say 'nice to meet you' with a giddy grin. Through the front door waits a wide, sunny hallway with an upholstered bench, plush area rug and framed black and white photography. It immediately sets the tone for an endlessly elegant vacation that furnishes your needs before you realize them.

A discrete entrance puts your big views and wide windows at the back, so all the good stuff within stays a secret to all but yourselves. Though gorgeous from top to bottom, it's just as comfy. The living room's long sectional couch doesn't scrimp on the cushions, with a brand new flat-screen TV above the indoor fireplace. (Trade secret: Wind Song is a great rental for both summer vacation and winter holidays).

Ready to subscribe to indoor-outdoor living? A ceiling fan suggests you keep the living room's sliding doors open to the screened lanai and pool area. Surrounded in full with lush landscaping, you'll really love the pool's total privacy.

Upstairs, a third floor den is the perfect place for reading or enjoying a movie in an even more elegant setting. A white sectional might be the sweetest spot in the house: an end chaise facing another TV and fireplace, with high ceilings and expansive lake and golf course views through the open sliding doors to your right. Thirsty? A wet bar means that reading hour easily segues into happy hour without the trek downstairs.

This non-smoking home sleeps up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms (with a generous 4 full bathrooms). Propped up in your king-sized master bed there's nothing between you and the ocean sunrise except a charming lake and bright golf course greens.

Forget Jack & Jill, the master en suite has two full-sized vanities; one for each of you. Even more, there's both a walk-in shower and an elegant free-standing bath tub.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a really relaxing feel, with not an ounce of clutter to distract. In bedroom three, the double bed is equally put-together and its trundle bed makes it a great kids' or teens' room, or one for parents with a young child.

In the kitchen, use miles of counter space for any culinary aim. A gas hob, extra deep under-mount stainless steel sink and dual ovens are obvious inclusions in a house of this caliber. All kitchen amenities are provided, including a toaster. Determined to stay outside? The outdoor kitchen has a large grill with adjacent prep area and sink. (Did we mention the outdoor fireplace?) The lanai wraps around the private pool and the entire area is screened for your total comfort.

In the 'spoil your rotten' category, Wind Song, of course stocks great amenities. The laundry is a full room, rather than a closet, meaning lots of space to do any hand-washing (keeping your new swimsuit in perfect condition).

Around the property the large yard is great for kids. The beach path is just beside the house and delivers your feet to the sand in just a few minutes' walk. Looking for the perfect house to keep ten people happy? What about ten picky people? End your search here and get ready to step wide-eyed into Wind Song.
Additional amenities include: boating, golf, beach, fishing, washer / dryer.

The house was beautiful! It was so nice to have REAL appliances and cookware to use - felt like home. With just a short walk to the beach, it was truly a relaxing vacation.

Our experience with this rental was just what we were hoping for. The house was very nice and we eventually were thankful that there was an elevator! One downside was right next door, construction was going on the entire weekend we were there. It wasn't too bad though. We loved the pool and spend most of our time there. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely go here again.

We went to Kokomo Key for a work/team retreat for four days. We had 8 people and the home was amazing and it was as nice as all of the pictures.

Everything was very nice. There were a couple of small issues that were quickly resolved. The only real difficulty we had was with the exterior doors especially upstairs leading to porch. It was very difficult to open. Maintenance tried to resolve but I think it needs a little more work. All in all it was a great stay and would return again and recommend to someone else.
Loved our stay at Kokomo Key

We would certainly stay at Kokomo again. And would certainly rent from Vacation Rental Pros. We needed maintenance a couple of times and they responded very quickly. Beautiful home in a beautiful location.

For the money I thought we would be closer to the beach you had to drive about a mile and then walk to the beach through a golf course. The floors we dirty we had to call the housekeeping out to mop the floors.Nice pool and hot tub. We had to call out the pool company to clean the pool. Over all the stay I would give it a 3 to a 3.5 star rating.

Thank you to Chris for assisting us with the multi-unit television system. Had a great stay, even though it rained the first 3 days we were there. Would definately go back again. Would have been nice to have had a dust mop for the beautiful hardwood flooring to keep it clean throughout the week. Overall, a great stay.

We loved the house, I woud recommend that some type of grips be placed on the steps leading down to the pool. I actually fell down the last three steps and injured my foot. I was a little disappointed at some of the responsses fromthe neighbors, when speaking a few just looked and never even spoke and if we didnt belong,so we decided although the house was nice and we loved the secuirty we willnot be staying in your properties again since we didnt feel completely welcome

This was a freshly updated house. We were the first to stay in the home since the owner re-did it. Few odds and ends missing, a grill scraper, a good broom and a set of steak knifes, all small things. Amazing location, a minute to the beach. Pool is heated, which they don't say in the description, was great for a dip in the cool March breeze. This is my 2nd year booking a place with Vacation Rental Pros, and I plan on booking again and again and again.
