My husband and I married this February and this was our first family vacation to Hilton Head. My family and I used to vacation here all the time when we were younger. It was so nice to be back! The house was absolutely beautiful, very spacious and clean, very close to the ocean, it was so nice having our own pool to swim in and the time we spent together was priceless. We are planning another trip for next year :-)

Great house, small but ample pool, a short walk to the beach, plenty of room to spread out and good size bedrooms. Everything was very comfortable and the staff at Beach Properties was terrific. This was by far the best rental experience we have had on HHI and we've been coming several times a year for 12 years.

I rented many years in the Outerbanks and and beach property rentals is terrific and makes the rental process, check in / check out, etc. very easy. I stayed with my wife, four children (ages 21 to 27), two of my sons girlfriends, and an 8 month old grandson.
House is very large and in a great location, but is in need of many updates. It is a relatively short walk to the beach and the walk is very enjoyable. The house is very large and our family enjoyed the vacation. The house in in need of some updates. Some of the furniture is outdated and uncomfortable. One toilet kept running, sink in master bathroom drained extremely slow, the outdoor furniture is old and dirty, some of the window blinds were not working and tied off to hold them in place, molding in kitchen beneath the dishwasher is falling apart and is unsightly. One of the listed "king" beds was actually two singles placed side-by-side... not real cool. Overall, these were minor items, but if these things were addressed, (and they are not costly things to fix), then the rental experience would be much better. Overall, I would recommend this house but you should be aware of these issues.

Large spacious home with enough room for 7 adults and 4 children. Excellent location. Very good pool. Somewhat dated decor. One issue was air conditioning on 1st level bedrooms. Other than that, we all enjoyed stay.

The house was huge. We had plenty of room for the entire group. The pool was good sized although it really needed a bottom skimmer to collect the leaves and pine needles that were constantly falling into it - top skimming was not enough.
A couple of the bedrooms were large enough that you could sleep more if it had more beds. Even though the rooms were large, the lack of additional beds required us to use the sleep sofa - perhaps some bunk beds in one of the rooms or another queen/king in a room would be better for larger groups.

This is a great vacation rental! The rooms are spaceous, and the house is in immaculate condition. The only things keeping it from being truly outstanding are the ants around the pool that bite and the shade cover around the pool that constantly fill the pool with bebris each night. These are minor criticisms for a truly great property.
