Situated in the beautiful residential area of palm mar, Le Arenitas is ideally located just two minutes walk to the coast in Palm Mar which recently opened a new lively Beach Club. Also found near by are bars, cafes, a supermarket and a number of restaurants of various cuisines. The area has a humble village feel, far enough away from the tourist areas for peace and quiet but only a short 10 minute drive if you would like to visit the exciting towns of Los Cristianos & Los Americas.

This well decorated, modern style apartment comprises of a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a large lounge with double couch bed, a well appointed bedroom with 2 single beds and ceiling fan, bathroom, WIFI and sea facing terrace. The apartment has a management team that are available should you require any help during your stay.

Also located on the top of the complex building is a quiet, tranquil swimming pool and sunbathing terrace, offering the most stunning sea views. Ideal for couples and families looking for a relaxing getaway. Also located directly underneath the apartment is a new gymnasium (fee).

“Great location”

We had a 5 week stay in this apartment. We found it to be a very comfortable place to stay it is well equipped ( although we must say ) we didn’t use them as we found the restaurants surrounding the apartment excellent! The views from the terrace are amazing, beautiful sunsets !!

“Good Apartment”

We thought the apartment was good. The reason i`v only given 3 stars is because there is no Wi Fi and only Spanish stations on the T.V. Also I think there should of a set of bed linen left in the apartment to change for the 2nd week.The apartment is in a really good position close to all bars and restaurants.

“Absolutely fabulous”

I have been to Tenerife many times and thought about trying a different resort from los cristianos and playas las americas and decided to give the up and coming palm mar a chance but was worried that it might be to quite. The apartment we stayed in Was in the ideal location for access to the local restaurants and shops which made things very convenient. The restaurants were all of high quality. The apartment itself was fantastically stylish and very spacious and very clean. I could not fault anything. The view from the balcony is stunning. The swimming pool is on the roof with even better views of the sea and palm mar. A big thank you to Nathan the owner who answered all our questions very quickly before we booked. We had a amazing holiday and will definitely book again.

Booking process was very easy and Nathan quick to respond Apartment is lovely, location was great, has everything you need for your holiday. Hired a car (recommended) so very easy to get out and about, not far from main resorts and enjoyed coming back to p&q. I always pre book with Auto Reisen consistently excellent service. I would have no hesitation in booking to return - thankyou Nathan

“Comfortable stay”

The apartment is situated in a quite place Palm Mar. Its very cosy, with nice interior and excellent view. The only minus is that there was no wifi, but we used it in a cafe nearby.
