Have a bed of 180x200; a click convertible bed sofa, a TV (Local channels and TNT); storage space: wardrobe, shelves. shower room composed of a walk-in shower, a toilet, a washbasin 1 + drawer wardrobe. Kitchen equipped with small Hardwares Electronics and all utensils, cookware and dishes needed. Prices include:> sheets and towels (2 large and 1 small per person) + cloth hand and dishes and carpets provided and changed once a week,> Internet including 4-8 mps, unlimited download,> cleaning included, input / output and 1 time per week> starting material: 2 rolls of toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel sample the local scents, a bottle of water although tap water is safe to drink, coffee sample, tea and deca sugar, salt, pepper, oil, detergent, sponge. > Package electricity of 15kw / h per night, beyond 49xpf kw / h. It takes into account the normal use of the devices in place and lights, it allows reasonable use of air conditioning.The tenants never exceed except intensive use of air conditioning all day and night without interruption. “Clean and comfortable, but noisy outside.”

Bright, comfortable and clean, but unfortunately there was a terrible smell in the communal entrance and elevator, though this lessened with time. Huge balcony, but a lot of traffic noise from the nea… More

Response from the owner Thank you to choose our accomodation. Sorry for the noises but we have the advantage of being centrally located, which are usually noisy But we changed the windows this year for more soundproofing. For smell in the communal entrance and elevetor, really sorry it was occasional, a worry with the town hall that could not pick up the garbage. Best regards Evelyne
