Description

Sunrise Villa-best location in an upscale area: Private, peaceful and secure, perfect for those that want to combine plentiful sun, beautiful views and swimming or golfing due to the close proximity of the Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills 18-hole golf courses.

The Sunrise Villa comprises of three large bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite shower room, a large veranda with a view of the sea. One of the other bedrooms has two large single beds and the other one single bed, both share a family bathroom consisting of a bath, a shower and WC. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and cupboards.

In the living room, there is a large two seat sofa and a large three seat sofa with a fireplace, ideal for the winter, TV, DVD and radio. The Dining room provides a large oval table with a seating of six or eight, if desired. The Dining room and the lounge area overlook the landscaped gardens.

Facilities: The Kitchen is fitted with an oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board and a selection of glassware for up to twelve people. There is also a breakfast bar and two stools. All bedrooms and the lounge/dining room have split A/C units.

Outside, there is a large landscaped garden with a private swimming pool with a shower nearby. Night lights surround the swimming pool, ideal for night entertainment.

Location: The Sunrise Villa is 10 minutes drive to the City of Paphos, 15 minutes from Pissouri village and beach and a 5 minutes drive to the Aphrodite Hills luxurious Retreat Spa Center, everything ideally placed to ensure you have an unforgettable holiday.

“One of the better villas”

The villa was as described, the service was good , The management team were very helpful as was Stelios. The views towards the mountains were excellent. Location was close to all the amenities via the free car which was a huge bonus. All in all a very nice and relaxing villa well worth a visit.Have already made provision for 2014.
