Description
Situated in a pleasant countryside location the villa Mariandy 2v provides the best of all worlds‚ with scenic surroundings‚ comfortable accommodation and easy access to a lovely beach‚ plenty of shops and places to eat.
A paved terrace surrounds the private swimming pool‚ with steps leading up from there to a covered veranda. The large open–plan lounge/diner has patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace and there's kitchens adjacent to the dining area.There are a few steps up to a double bedroom with patio doors opening onto a scenic terrace, and there's also a bathroom at this level. More stairs lead up to the other bedrooms‚ two of which have en–suite bathrooms and the third an en–suite shower room. Two of the bedrooms also have balconies looking out across the swimming pool to the sea.
Sharing a driveway with neighbouring Villa Mariandy 1, the villa is about 10 minutes walk from the Blue Flag sands at Coral Bay, with the resort's shops, bars and restaurants just a little further away. Paved in pale sandstone to complement the villa itself, the poolside terrace is overlooked by another shaded terrace to one side of the house.

“Spacious villa”
There were two families of 4 in our group and we spent two weeks at Mariandy 2 and it was the most spacious villa we’ve ever stayed at so we never felt on top of each other! There are also ample bathrooms with theee en-suites and a family bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom. The pool was enjoyed by all and was also a decent size. The villa is in a quiet area with only the occasional noise from the villas behind it. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and about 20 minutes to the nearest beaches depending on how hot it is! If we had any questions or issues the owners dealt with things immediately which was great!

“Brilliant ”
We have just returned from a week in this amazing villa. We booked in 2020 for summer 2021 but due to covid we moved the booking back to 2022 so we could enjoy with fewer restrictions. The help and booking process and even changing the booking was all very easy and Antigoni at holiday lettings was so helpful. Our flights were also leaving very late and we were luckily able to book an extra night so we could have the villa until our departure which was also brilliant. So we (6 adults a teenager and a 4 year old) and we were totally amazed by the size of the villa from outside!!! It was much bigger than anything we’ve stayed in before. There was so much space you never felt on top of each other at all. 4 bedrooms (3 twins and 1 double) all had bathrooms which was also great. The style is tradition not modern but has everything you need, storage in each room. The twin rooms all had en-suite and were upstairs. The two larger ones had balconies overlooking the pool and a sea view. The third smaller room is ideal for children. No balconies to worry about but still an en-suite. The double room didn’t have en-suite but was next to the main bathroom and was only halfway up the stairs. This also had a sort of balcony/ outdoor staircase over looking the mountains. All the bedrooms also had air conditioning. Downstairs was all open plan and had a table to fit 8 people. Huge fridge with a freezer, kettle, dishwasher and microwave. Gas hobs and electric oven. The oven wasn’t great and took a long time to cook but on holiday so no bother to us. There was also a washing machine down a half flight of stairs towards the car port this was a god send, no washing to bring home as dries so quickly in the heat and breeze. There is no air conditioning downstairs and in honestly a couple of ceiling fans for the evenings would have been perfect but in the day we opened doors and windows for a through breeze. Outside there were two verandas one with another table that seats 8. And then there was the pool. It was brilliant. Clean and fresh. It did have a bit of a funny tasting chlorine but was brilliant. My four year old isn’t particularly tall but could stand in the shallow end before the pool dropped away. There were lights outside the pool but we couldn’t find any in the pool lights. There is an alarm system, electric gate to the driveway and a safe. There was a hairdryer but it didn’t work but not anything we were too bothered about. We would return to this villa in a flash and it took a lot for us to leave!!! Phillipos supermarket is about 15 mins walk along the main road but they deliver you and food back if you spend 50euros. Towards the beach takes about 15/20 mins sometimes longer depending how hot it is. We went to coral bay in the evening takes about 25 mins but quite hilly so we got the grandparents a taxi back which was 10 euro which for the distance is quite expensive but on the humidity needed at times. Overall this was an amazing villa experiences. Only thing I would change is some covers across one of the verandas for shade because couldn’t sit and eat outside in evening as table was in the sunshine. We did arrive and have lots of ants around the doors and some in the kitchen. We bought spray and a raid tin which didn’t solved but definitely eased the problem. “Fantastic Villa”
Just back from Miriandy 2 - one of the nicest villas we’ve stayed in, so big and spacious and the pool area is just amazing. All bedrooms en-suite and the downstairs open plan living area and kitchen is huge with plenty of utensils and equipment for cooking in. All of it is so well maintained too. Perfectly located near Coral Bay restaurants and bars and an incredible supermarket, Philippos, 10 mins walk away, nothing you can’t get in there! Can’t wait to go back!

“5* villa stay!”
This was a family holiday and our first holiday in a villa, there were 5 adults and 2 children. The villa was excellent - clean, spacious and a gorgeous out door area. There were 4 spacious bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space (and lots of hangers) 3 en-suites and a family bathroom. We had all the necessary bits and bobs and mod cons (iron, hairdryer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher among others and plenty of kitchen bits). Plenty of seating space as well and air con in all the bedrooms. The pool outside was brilliant - a good size for swimming and playing and plenty of space for sunbathing - south facing as well! Lovely outdoor seating area and a BBQ as well. The location of the villa was great - just a 15 minute walk to shops, bars restaurants and the beach (coral bay has several lovely beaches). Also it was lovely and quiet! The owner is lovely and very accommodating, always on hand if you need anything. There’s no welcome book but any information can be requested from them as needed. This was a fantastic holiday and we’re even thinking of going back. Also it has turned our sights to more villa holidays! Excellent!!!
