In this 3 bedrooms suite configuration you have 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms with toilets and another extra shower and toilet . In total you have 4 toilets (WC)

Each bedroom suite has its own private bathroom/shower room with toilet

Each bedroom will have 1 King size bed ( 180cm x 200 cm) or 2 single beds ( 2 beds 90x200 cm per bedroom).

Each Bedroom has its own extra sofa bed with real comfortable mattress (90X200cm) for 1 extra person as a kid and the largest bedrooms (Bedroom 3) can be configured with 4 single beds (we call it the kids room when we have a family)

And, you can use the sofa/bed in the dining room as an extra bedroom. This sofa bed is comfortable for 1 adult or 2 kids.

We limit the number of people to 8 adults as we consider that over that number it will be less comfortable. The most comfortable is 6 adults or 6 adults and 2 kids or 4 adults and 4 kids.

Bedroom suite 1 : 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) or 1 King size bed (180 X 200 cm) with the option to use the sofa bed (90 x190 cm° for 1 extra person. In this bedroom you have a tiny shower and a sink inside the bedroom and a direct access to your own toilet just outside of the room.

Bedroom suite 2 :you have 2 single beds or 1 King size bed with the option to use a sofa bed for 1 extra person. In the bedroom you have a private and exclusive access directly from the room to a bathroom where is installed a jacuzzi:bath:shower, a toilet and a sink.

Bedroom suite 3 : This is the largest bedroom with 3 single beds and a sofa bed or 1 King size bed + 1 single bed + 1 sofa bed . You will have access to a shower room, toilet and sink outside of the room through a corridor.

Then you will have 1 extra shower room and 1 extra toilet for your guest.

In total you have : 4 toilets , 3 shower and 1 jacuzzi/bath/shower

Just one block behind the Elysee Presidential Palace, the neighbourhood is extremely safe with Presidential guards constantly patrolling the area. Just 1 minute walking from Famous Hotel Bristol Palace and 10 minutes walking from US embassy.
