In the event of complaints from neighbors or the police, tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without the possibility of reimbursement. The security deposit will be retained. ➡ Identity Verification : An identification document with the same name as the reservation will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent fraud.
➡ Children and Babies : Limited to 1 baby (under two years old) free of charge. If you have multiple babies, they will need to be added as "children."
Arrival Day and Supplements :
Entries are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM and check-outs before 11:00 AM.
Supplements for late arrivals :
- Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: 30 euros supplement.
- After 10:00 PM: 50 euros supplement.
- No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.
Departure Day : Final cleaning is included; we simply ask you to leave the accommodation in an appropriate condition, ensuring to wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.
