This two-bedroom, two-bathroom Odeon apartment boasts a spacious 65 square meters on the first floor of a typical Saint Germain building (please note, this is not the ground floor, but the French first floor). The apartment is one of the most unique in our collection, as the décor represents a beautiful combination of a five-star-hotel luxury suite and a classic Parisian apartment. Both the exterior of the grand building, and the interior design and architecture speak to the sensibility that is fine, French living. Encapsulating a luxurious vibe, warm ruby reds are the backdrop to authentic styling accented by fine artwork, spacious mosaic-tiled baths and contemporary comforts.
Its location in Paris is very strategic since its next door neighbor is a 4-star hotel. Nearby, you can find the shops of top brand names, fashion designers, and many of Paris' most popular restaurants. Located between the Sorbonne and Saint Germain des Pres, this exquisite apartment embodies the style and sophistication which business and leisure travelers will surely love.
The Odeon apartment was built with original wooden beams and has been graciously designed with high quality furniture. The living room is equipped with elegant French fixtures while a cupboard in the same area doubles as a kitchenette when opened and is concealed from public view when closed. Cable TVs, Fast Internet access, a stereo system, phone service with free and unlimited calls to many countries are also available. This chic apartment is ideal for 2 couples for business trips or vacations.
The first bedroom (also considered the master bedroom) features a queen bed, an ensuite marble bathroom and a small salon with a flat screen TV and cable. The bathroom has a full bathtub with a hand shower, sink, toilet and towel heater. For additional perks, it has been equipped with a stereo speaker system. The second bedroom is located at the opposite end of the entire floor and has a double bed and its own cable TV. A second bathroom with a shower, sink and towel heater is available. There is a second independent toilet as well.
For those who want to enjoy a light yet hearty meal, the small kitchen near the living room area should be perfect for your needs. The kitchenette is fitted with the tools to make a full dinner (stove, microwave and oven, mini fridge...), but it is ideal for light eaters and those who are accustomed to the features of a hotel suite. The simplicity of the kitchenette was meant to inspire tourists to dine out and experience eating traditional French cuisine, preferably at nearby French restaurants.
Should you seek a full-French dinner, there are popular traditional French restaurants and diners located near the apartment and all throughout the entire district.
Custom-built and exquisitely designed, the Odeon apartment exudes the comfort and grace of a luxury apartment and a luxury hotel. This suite has been recently renovated by a top architect and was fitted with all the best decor, furniture, and fixtures which many luxury hotels are known for.
Wooden floors complete the overall look of this luxury suite. Since it is located on the first floor of a historical building, there is no need for an elevator.
Finally, the apartment is located in one of Paris' most historical areas, making it the perfect getaway for elite travelers who want to experience the true Parisian lifestyle. In a luxury hotel, an elegant accommodation with all the features found in the Odeon apartment would cost you around 1500 Euros per night; however, a stay at the Odeon costs much less.

This space was as beautiful and charming as the photos promised and worked well for our family of four, which includes two college age sons. One son made use of the sleeper sofa and was quite comfortable. Took us awhile to figure out all the efficient European appliances, but that added to the fun. The location of the apartment, very near the Odeon metro, was ideal: a three block walk to Notre Dame, 10 minutes to St. Sulpice, one minute from shopping, cafes, patisseries, etc. Our representative was on time, very well informed and helpful!

Just steps from the Odeon metro, and saint germain des pres area with a short walk to Notre Dame. The first floor luxury suite is very comfortable. We had two teen boys with us who alternated between guest bed and pull out couch. Great bathrooms. Two flat screen televisions . No real kitchen, the oven and micro are concealed in an armoire but who needs to cook with so many great bistros nearby. We were has some good sleep in there since the apartment suite does have black out shades. We were very satisfied and would rent this suite again. A lot of attention to detail by welcome2france and great amenities. The greeter was amazing and private transportation was great! It was a big plus for us.

Three adults, my husband and I and a friend -- stayed here, and this apartment was awesome! Of all the apartments we've rented in Paris, this apartment was by far the nicest! Beautifully decorated, clean and so well maintained that the apartment looked like it was brand new! Also, the team in Paris was great!
Rue Dupuytren is a spectacular location, in the 6th, close to the 5th, convenient to wonderful shopping on Rue Jacob, Rue du Cherche-Midi, and all the other amazing shops in St. Germain. The Odean Metro at the end of the street means you can easily get anywhere and everywhere in Paris! !
The apartment worked wonderfully for the 3 of us -- and would have worked equally well for 4. Totally separate bedrooms and bathrooms (with 2 W/C!) for privacy, super comfortable furnishings and double glazed windows that kept the apartment quiet even with the windows open! The tall ceilings with ceiling fans and 1st Floor (French, us 2nd) kept the apartment a great temperature even on the hottest of July summer days!
The kitchen worked beautifully for us -- the Nespresso machine isn't mentioned in the description, but it was well used and much appreciated! The shops on Rue de Seine had great food for breakfasts in the apartment. Most mornings we had croissants just out of the oven, from Paul's on Rue de Buci or Eric Kayser on Rue Mazarine. Lunches and dinners were out, and we didn't have enough time for all the fabulous restaurants in the area! Our best meal of the trip was Le Bistrot de l'Alycastre, best duck ever at La Rotisserie du Beaujolais and an incredible sunset picnic on the Pont des artes.

We just returned from this flat located in St. Germain. The flat was one story off the ground floor with no elevator. That was the only slight drawback. The flat was virtually silent from any street noise and extremely comfortable for two people. It also will fit four perfectly. The wireless was incredibly fast!! We loved it and will be back!!
