The apartment was exactly as described. It was a little bit of a tight fit for a family of 4 - we would have liked it even more if it were just a tiny bit bigger, or if we were 3 instead of 4. It was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. We felt a little sad to leave it.
The Marais is an area where I have long wanted to stay on a visit to Paris, and I was not disappointed by its charm. I love the maze of streets with beautiful architecture on every one. The walk to the Metro is just a few minutes, and Les Halles is right there as well.
I was worried that the welcome procedure would not go smoothly, but it was very easy. The young man was able to meet us there on shorter notice than we expected. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful.
The reservation process was very easy, with good communication. I emailed a few questions and I always got prompt and helpful answers.
I would be very happy to stay again at 3 Rue Rambuteau. We will have good memories of our stay there for a long time

This apartment was terrific for our recent stay with our two kids, who are 10 and 13. It is perfectly nice, neat and clean. We had enough room to spread out and the kids were fine in that second bedroom. I think that the beds in the second bedroom might be tight for adults or kids much older than our's, but it worked for us. There are doors that close on each bedroom and also a single fold-out couch in the living room. The building was quiet, as was the neighborhood. We loved Rambuteau and that block was ideal. There was a terrific assortment of shops and food places on the two or three blocks immediately around the apartment. The location was great, allowing us to get to Hotel DeVille, Pompideau, other parts of the Marais very easily on foot. The metro was close too. All in all, just great for us.
