In Paris's Elegant 7th Arrondissement, Luxury 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, with Balcony and great Views
This is Paris as you dreamed it; elegant, sophisticated and arty. A perfect apartment for four adults, or a small family. Two Master bedrooms, each with their own bath, make it perfect for 2 couples sharing, two single adults, or a family of three. The living areas are large and spacious, open-plan and light-flooded. The seating is gracious and comfortable, the TV and audio-visuals are high-tech, with a large-screen cable TV that swivels in all directions. You will enjoy the art collection of painting and sculpture, the many books, and video collection. There is an office if you need to work. The kitchen offers everything a great chef could ask for, plus an automatic Nespresso for a fast, but delicious coffee. There are planted balconies off many rooms, and a delightful little balcony off the living room where you may enjoy a coffee or an apéritif.
The 7th arondissment on Paris's Left Bank is one of its most sought-after neighborhoods, and offers trendy shops plus some of the city's best market food shopping on nearby Rue Cler. The apartment, on a high floor, facing a broad, but quiet avenue, offers green views, plus the view of Les Invalides, with its massive dome. Welcome to the 7th, just where you should be for a perfect week in the City of Light. You will be walking distance from the Eiffel Tower, a must for all and a stroll away from the Champs de Mars and Les Invalides, whose stunning Dome you have already seen from your own balcony. Enjoy great shopping on Rue Cler, one of the best food shopping streets in Paris, for beautifully displayed fruits and vegetables, wonderful cheese shops, fish markets, bread shops, bakeries, and more. Browse Rue St. Dominique, Rue de Bourgogne, and Rue de Bac for up-market left bank boutiques, and of course, the Bon Marché, Paris's most exclusive department store,. You can stroll Boulevard St. Germain, for its famous café's and boutiques, as well. Museums are also in abundence. Don't miss the Rodin Museum, the famous Musée d’Orsay, the Maillot Museum, and the Musée Branly, on the left bank. Stroll across the river, for the wonderful exhibits at The Grand Palais, and of course, the Louvre. Amongst the hundreds of nearby restaurants, you might especially enjoy, the Violin de Ingres with a Michelin star, and its less expensive cousin Cafe Constant, a delight for a Parisian lunch or supper, and the Fontaine de Mars (the U.S. President took his wife there). Maybe, with all of these fine restaurants, you won't try the kitchen in the apartment after all!
