You're three couples. Known each other since college. Attended competing dining clubs, just for the fun of it. Were best man and maid of honor at each others' weddings. You've always taken the long view… of history, friendship and special places. You've made it through raising kids, successful careers, and a few shake-ups with your friendships intact. This year you've all decided to celebrate by spending a week together in Paris. Just the six of you, in a quiet, luxurious place where you can all talk late into the night and gather over afternoon apéros looking out over the city. The culinary and cultural treasures of Paris at your feet for this special time, long talked about, long awaited.
This is your Paris.
Nearby, to maintain lymphatic circulation despite bouts of triple cream St. André, is the runners path in the beautiful Bois de Boulogne. Created by Napoleon in 1852, it's one of the largest parks in Paris , and plays home to a horse racetrack and the French tennis Open. Even closer is the Musée Marmottan Monet, located in the lovely Jardin du Ranelagh – right down the block from your apartment. This museum houses the world's largest collection of Monet's paintings, and a formidable 300+ Impressionist masterpieces. You haven't spent this much time in front of the masters since college. And for opera lovers, just a bit to the north is the final home of La Callas, the supreme diva, who lived at 36 avenue Georges Mandel until her death in 1977.
This is your place.
High above the city to the west, yet still in central Paris, it offers that unheard-of European luxury ("My bathroom or yours?") of having a bath for every bedroom. There's a spacious roof garden looking down on Parisian rooftops, and, off its corner, a clear view of the Eiffel Tower.
The long view. A marvelous week, not long enough.
Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, in spacious, well-appointed elegance. What more need be said about this lovely place? Oh yes – of course the roof garden with potted plants and a view of the Eiffel Tower to die for.
Okay, we said it. But we can also tell you it's modern, immaculately decorated, and each bath is a thing of luxury with fine marble and tile work and the latest in European fixtures. There's loads of natural light, elegant, comfortable furnishings, and enough space to get some privacy from your beloved others when you need it.
The kitchen, sleek and chic, is fully equipped for preparing your communal noshes, whether it's your morning café and croissants or late afternoon vin blanc and baguette with tapenade. You can sit and eat indoors, or, of course, out on the terrace.
Vive la Paris! Long live the long view!...Read more

I searched a long time to find suitable accommodations for three couples with three separate bedroom/bath combinations. But this apartment offered that and much more. Roomy comfort, quiet neighborhood, nearby cafes and restaurants, tasteful decor and appointments, urbane/congenial manager (Bernard). All of this at reasonable rates. If you want to stay in a fashionable Paris neighborhood with friends or a large family, you can't go wrong with this place. And Holiday France Rentals was a pleasure to work with.
