This is the heart of the 7th arrondissement, where you will walk out of your door to find yourself surrounded not only by great bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, chocolate shops, etc…. but also have the Eiffel Tower to gaze at, right down the street! It really is quite a spectacular view from your doorstep, and so easy to walk to it and many other places of interest nearby.
Your metro station is la Tour Maubourg and is only about a 4 minute walk. The Invalides area with its War Museums and Napoleon’s Tomb is only about 10 minutes away, as is the River Seine, with the Grand and Petite Palais only a few minutes stroll across the most beautiful bridge- Pont Alexander III. And of course rue Cler awaits you with the Farmers’ Market style abundance of fruit and vegetable stands, cafes and bakeries. Luckily you will always be walking in Paris, so enjoy!!
The apartment has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a sofa sleeper that is also queen size, a kitchen just off the living room and the bathroom with large shower and WC, which is accessed via the bedroom. This was a nice little apartment in the heart of Rue St. Dominique. It's on 2nd floor so there is a flight of stairs to walk up to get to the apt, which wasn't a problem for myself.
The apartment was perfect for my 7 night stay and became my "home" while in Paris.
I was solo, but it can easily accommodate a couple as well. More than 2 people may begin to feel cramped however.
It was in a nice location for exploring all of Paris with the metro just a block away, and many eating places up & down Rue St. Dominique.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this apartment again or recommend it to a friend. I had a great stay there!

The apartment is in a great location within the 7th, near to the underground, the Seine River, that tower thingy, the Invalides and the "Gates of Hell". The apartment is very clean and efficient and close to supermarkets, dry cleaners, etc. Would stay again.

This apartment is in a great location outside the main tourist areas of Paris in
a very select arrondisement. It has been beautifully renovated by the owners –
very stylish but comfortable.
It was great to sit at the window and watch the people on the street. There are
lots of shops and restaurants close by and, of course, the wonderful Rue Cler is
only a five-minute walk away.
The only negative is that the entrance to the building is not very attractive but
one soon gets used to that.
The owner, Jeff, is a delight and was very helpful when my husband had to be
hospitalised. I don't think I could have managed without him. He even brought
me a wonderful bouquet of flowers.
The arrangements with Vacation in Paris worked extremely well and the system
of sending the keys to the client is a very efficient one.
Full marks to this apartment. We can't wait to return.

120 Saint Dominique was an ideal one bedroom place for myself and my wife. It is in a perfect location with easy access to all major sites either by walking or using the transit system. Vacation in Paris made it simple to book the place, provide directions, and handled all my questions professional. I would not hesitate to use them again. My one recommendation to anybody visiting Paris is to first learn to use the metro system. This will save you lots of walking time and energy. It is simple, inexpensive, and will get you where you want to go.

This was our first time in Paris and the apartment fit our needs perfectly. The arrangements all went as promised - we were able to leave our luggage while they cleaned and the local manager was very helpful. They even put in a nice fan since the weather was warming up. When we left, we mailed the key in the supplied envelope from Austria and we had our deposit back when we arrived home three weeks later.
The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including cooking utensils. That made it possible for us to visit the local markets down on rue Cler and put together some wonderful meals. There is a small butcher shop that had some wonderful partially prepared meals and they were so nice, even though our French was pretty bad.
The location is wonderful. There are markets and restaurants nearby - the Boulangerie across the street was a great source for breakfast rolls and baguettes. There are two laudromats within a few blocks. We walked to the West Bank area, the Orsay, Luxembourg park and many other sights. The Metro stop was about three blocks away.
One of our favorite things was standing in the window anytime of the day or evening and watching the people go down the street, most with baguette in hand. The only thing we would have liked is more bath towels (4 towels for 2 of us for 5 days). Even though we reused we still had to take them to the laundromat to wash.

We were the first into the apartment after complete renovations, so we went in without pictures! But we got a really good deal, and apart from the new paint smell, we loved it. Just like in the pix, the Eiffel Tower loomed above the neighborhood, and there were charming shops, supermarkets, even a Starbucks nearby, which we used before we bought coffee for the coffeemaker. The manager and owner made it clear they wanted us happy, and we loved being close to the Seine, where we caught the Batobus every day. We would recommend this apartment, it was comfortable, had everything we needed, and is in the BEST location.
