This loft in the centre of Paris combines modern, luminous, open space with original 18th century architectural design elements. Built originally in the 1870s during the Gustav Eiffel period, the loft was renovated from an old abandonned Printing House used by the Resistance for printing publications.

In 1940, resistance groups formed in Paris and were an instrumental force during the occupation. Publications were important in disseminating information to other groups. During the Loft renovation a secret room was discovered in the basement that had been used by the resistance during the war.
