Description

This quiet studio is beautifully appointed with high-end fixtures, furniture, and décor. It has two pillow top queen beds with quality linens, down duvets and pillows, a stone floor to ceiling fireplace with leather armchair, 42" flat-screen satellite TV, dining table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen area with hardwood cabinetry, granite counters, stove/oven, full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, all pots and pans and utensils etc. A hand-tiled vanity, with hair dryer and iron, and a beautifully tiled bathroom with tub, shower and vanity. Sliding doors to a patio deck with partial views to PC ski slopes and chairs to sit out on. The studios are beautifully appointed, and we have paid attention to every detail. Coffee, tea, shampoo, soap, etc. are provided. Plenty of fresh towels.

A year round hot-tub and seasonal pool is available on site for guests, and also a picnic area that backs onto the scenic rail trail. There is free parking (please use the parking pass provided to avoid towing), and EV charging stations. Free Wi-Fi. Also available on property is a coin operated laundry facility.

The studio is conveniently located to all areas of Park City. The local free bus service stops outside, and you can ride to Main Street, Park City Mountain, Deer Valley and the Canyons resorts etc within a few minutes. The Olympic Park, shopping outlets, and ice arena are also within access on the bus route. You can also take a brisk 20-minute walk to Park City Main St along the scenic rail trail. Also in the neighborhood there are several excellent restaurants, (sushi, Vietnamese, steak, Asian, Mexican, American), and cafés and shops - all within a couple of minutes walk.
