The most important issue in renting a condo is that there is minimal hassle with the owner or property manager. I found the management company "Alpine Ski Properties" both professional and easy to deal with, and upfront about costs (I wasn't billed extra after departure for some made-up nonsense.) Note however for this property there is not a lockbox at the door and that you must go to the property manager's office a couple of blocks away to both check into and out of this condo. Be sure to get a parking pass at the office, there are not passes left in the condo. The mgmt company had to send maintenance to my unit to provide me a parking pass after I had already checked in.
The best feature of this condo itself is the proximity to the base, I walked across the PCMR parking lots to get onto a lift. But this is a cheaply built property where you hear the neighbors above you walking around (or dancing, or electric sanding on lumber!) and there's loud booming whenever anyone walks up the stairs or past the condo in ski boots. Fortunately after 10pm there isn't much noise. The large hot tub and heated pool are very nice features that are well-maintained.
This condo does not have a full size dishwasher and you'll find yourself with two loads of dishes for every dinner you cook for four people. There is no washer/dryer in the unit. There is a good fireplace with firewood provided, and the televisions in both the bedroom and living room work well (don't expect premium channels though.) This is a snug fit for four people but it's much better than a hotel room. As I was making up the fold-out bed from the couch for my kids, I found bedding for it in the bedroom closet - two pillows, but only one with a pillowcase. There should be more than only four pillows in the unit, and there should be extra pillowcases as well (please leave in the room.)
Frankly, condo management companies in Park City expect too much money. This condo is for those who are seeking value and some escape from abusive pricing, so I recommend it. Alpine Ski Properties seem willing to give you what you need without the hassle.

I have rented from alpine about four times. I usually stay at the Woodside property. I Failed to reserve that property soon enough so I ended up at Snowcrest. I have no issues regarding any of my experiences. My teenage son had to call the office to get wifi login information but other than that no complaints. The place was clean, the towels were nice, and the kitchen was well equipt. We appriciated you letting us in prior to the normal check in time. Park City is the only place that my son and I ski and part of the reason is the availability of good places to stay. Hotels are ok but when I stay at an alpine property I feel more like a resident than a visitor.
Thanks, Terry! We're so happy to have you as part of the Alpine 'Family'! Thanks for your positive notes on the Snowcrest property that you recently stayed in as well. We can't wait to have you back every single year for your ski vacation!
