This apartment is conveniently located in “Old Town” Park City and is a very short walk to Main Street with lots of restaurants, night life and, of course, shopping! Also, the town lift with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort is located just about 2 blocks up the street making for simple mountain access. These two features make this condo one of the best locations for skiers and snowboarders in all of Park City!
The apartment itself is a part of a full sized home that is divided into two sections (the upper two bedroom section is also available through Alpine Ski Properties, more info here) and this one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor. The apartment was recently remodeled with new cabinetry, counters, carpet and furniture! The living room, dining room and kitchen are all combined as one large room, separated by the kitchen counter. This is a great condo for a small group of skiers looking to be as close as possible to all the action Park City has to offer.
Living Room: Adjoins the dining room and kitchen area to make one large space. With brand new leather couches and furniture this space is very cozy after a long day of skiing. It also has a 32" HDTV, DVD and a Queen Sofa Sleeper. The bathroom is accessed from the living room.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking meals, adjoins dining area and living room. This kitchen has brand new cabinetry and new tile floors that make this space quite luxurious!
Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 6, with barstool seating for 3 at the kitchen counter.
Master – Queen bed.
Hot Tub: Located in the back of the house and shared with upstairs unit.
Wireless Internet: Yes, Free for all guests.
Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in laundry closet off of the living room.
Parking: One spot in the driveway is provided and street parking is not allowed in this area of Park City.

Adorable apartment a block from a bus stop, and walking distance to Town Lift. You can also easily walk to Main Street for the shops and restaurants. I didn't use the hot tub because it's in the backyard, and I felt a little awkward using it while people were home upstairs. I felt like I was encroaching on their space. I loved that the bathroom was on the opposite side of the apartment from bedroom. Bring socks!!! The floors were absolutely freezing the whole time, and there are only a couple of throw rugs. Definitely a great place for a couple - I think it would be crowded with more.

1003 Woodside ave #1 is a great little condo. It offers ease of access to everything Park City has to offer. It is a short three block walk to historic downtown Park City and with a shuttle stop just one block away you can easily get to anywhere you may need to go within Park City limits. There is also parking right on property. However, the driveway has a steep entry, so having some ground clearance on your car is helpful. The property is nicely appointed, but being an older home the heating is a bit inefficient leaving the tile floors in the kitchen and bath very cold. Bring a pair of slippers for your stay.

We stayed on the lower level. It is suitable just for two although it was advertised that fits four. The sleeper sofa in the living room fills up the whole space. It is in a very close proximity to the furnace big air pipe, and is exposed to significant noise. Our son didn't enjoy sleeping there. Otherwise the property is well maintained and the kitchen area is very convenient and well equipped.
There was a big stain on the carpet in the bedroom which should have been definitely cleaned and removed before our arrival. We were way too busy with our skiing shedule to notify the office but it was definitely bothering is.
Overall we are content with our stay and experience, and we would love to come back.

Works well for one or two people. Bathroom a little small for two people. Otherwise very liveable as long as nobody is upstairs. A little noisey then.Location is great for walking to down town. Alpine was great and took care of any problems. Also the hot tube and grill were good.

We, my husband and my daughter (20 yrs) stayed here over the forth of july and had a great time mountain biking, hiking, and in march we were here for skiing/boarding too. Close to everything. Very comfy! just like home. Don't ever want to leave when we stay here.

We loved our cabin in the mountains! The kitchen was big enough, there were plenty of pots and pans to cook with, the bed and linens were very comfortable, the shower was great. Everything was updated. The large washroom was very convenient... The house is in a GREAT LOCATION!!! and so close to everything. The people at Alpine Ski Properties were wonderfully helpful and everything was just excellent!

This rental is so centrally located with free bus shuttle half a block away. The interior has been remodeled since my stay there last year and it is gorgeous! There is off street parking, which is vital in this small mountain community. Only draw back is that if someone is renting the condo upstairs, it is very noisy! Bring ear plugs!
