This apartment is conveniently located in “Old Town” Park City and is a very short walk to Main Street with lots of restaurants, night life and, of course, shopping! Also, the town lift with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort is located just about 2 blocks up the street. These two features make this condo one of the best locations in all of Park City!
The apartment itself is a part of a full sized home divided into two sections (the lower, one bedroom section is also available through Alpine Ski Properties) and this two bedroom condo is on the upper two floors. On the main level of the condo is the living room and kitchen, they are open to one another which makes for a very social environment. The separate dining room is located near the entrance of the condo and has new tile flooring. Each bedroom is located up a separate flight of stairs (**these stairs are quite steep, persons with disabilities or trouble with stairs may consider a different condo**). The master bedroom is a like a private suite with a King bed, views of uptown Park City and a full bathroom located directly across the hallway. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids with a one queen bed and one twin bed. The bathroom for this bedroom is at the bottom of the stairs near the kitchen. This is a very cozy ‘skier’s retreat’ that will certainly lend itself to convenience and comfort.
Living Room: Adjoins the dining room and kitchen area to make one large space. TV, DVD, VCR. 2 Queen Sofa Sleepers.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking meals with recently updated appliances. Adjoins dining area and living room.
Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 4, with barstool seating for 3 at the kitchen counter.
Master – King bed, TV with Cable. There is an attached balcony. A full bathroom is located directly across the hallway.
2nd- Queen and twin bed. Bathroom for this room is located downstairs, just off of the kitchen.
Hot Tub: Located in the back of the house and shared with downstairs unit.
Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in mud room near the back entrance.
Parking: Two spots in the driveway are provided. Notice: street parking is not allowed in this area of Park City.
Distance to Deer Valley Resort: 1.6 miles
Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: .6 miles
Distance to Main Street/Town Lift: .2 miles
Distance to Free Bus: 75 yards to bus stop.

We couldn't have been more happy with our stay at 1003 Woodside avenue #2. Great location, we could walk pretty much anywhere we needed to go. It was affordable which was great for a group of young people. The only issue we came across was having to share the building (main floor suite) with another group. They weren't very pleasant but we still enjoyed ourselves and didn't let them bother us.

This lodging is a funky venue that works for those seeking location and not luxury. The literature states that it will sleep 9 but that is not correct. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with 2 twin beds. There are 2 pull out couches but there is not enough room to use them simultaneously. With shared beds, this unit will sleep a maximum of 6 people. Service needs were promptly met by alpine. Several lights had shorts and were not usable. The location is great with easy access to the Town Lift and to downtown Park City. A little maintenance and more truth in advertising and this could be a hidden gem.

The rental home was perfect for my needs; cute, quaint, well equipped, and comfortable. The location, a block off Main Street and the town chair lift, cannot be beat. Alpine Property Management's customer service was also terrific and made check-in/check-out a breeze. The property was very clean and well maintained. maybe one of the rooms a bit small, but all the rest of them were perfect. house was totally supplied with items to make a good stay. Very close to the lifts and town centre

We had a good stay at 1003 Woodside #2, but did have some difficulties with manuevering up the steep staircases and withing the angled walls of the BRs & upper bath. Occupants were two healthy men skiers.
Only other comment is that some pavers or other walkway should be put down between the stairs and the hottub so that snow/mud isn't tracked into the house after using the tub.
