The home is located at the top of historic Main Street in Park City. This Old Town property is just right for walking down to Main Street's shops, galleries, and restaurants. The Old Town Trolley, a free trolley that traverses up and down Main Street, turns around 40 steps from the front door - a bonus for skiers! Skiers can jump on the trolley and ride to the Transit Center, located just off Main Street, where they can board free buses straight to the ski areas. (Buses start running early and run late into the night. The Main Street Trolley starts at 10am.) For those who care not to drive, there are shuttles that will pick up/drop off at the airport and taxis to take you anywhere you'd like to go in town.

NEW for Fall 2021 ~ We recently installed very fast high speed internet to help our guests if they have a zoom meeting or remote work. See photos for screenshots of the speedtests, but at last check, we had about 800+ Mbps download and about 40+ Mbps upload.

The City recently built a Summit Bike Share electric bike station a couple hundred yards from the home (about a 3 minute) walk that gives you access to the electric bike share program anytime in the warmer months. The electric bikes are a great way to explore town.

Deluxe accommodations: The house is furnished in a style that's comfortable, luxurious, yet a bit fun and irreverent too - maybe a good way to sum it up would be: "Hotel Monaco meets Ralph Lauren cottage." We have retained the original 115-year-old structure and certain interior elements to highlight the historical qualities of this piece of Park City's once-thriving mining community. We have utilized feng shui principles wherever possible to create a peaceful, cozy environment with modern electrical and plumbing systems. We hope you'll find everything very comfortable, very functional, and absolutely perfect for your family or traveling companions.

Living Room: The house is luxuriously appointed, with an LCD flat screen TV, cable TV, a DVD player (with DVD collection), a gas fireplace, and leather furnishings. And not to be missed: a new Brookstone massage chair (sure to feel great after an active day outdoors!). There is also an acoustic guitar at the house for those whose idea of a great apres ski is a glass of wine and some strumming by the fire. You'll also find a stereo and a cd collection to set the mood for relaxing, dining, or entertaining.

Bedrooms: Each of the two bedrooms feature queen-sized plush-top beds, armoires and dressing tables, down comforters and pillows (alternatives are also available), Bose Wave alarm clock radios (with ipod inputs), high thread count linens, and upholstered walls to provide a "sleeping in a cloud" feeling.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms contain marble floors, bathtubs, designer bath products, blow dryers, and all-cotton, super soft towels. The master bath has a jetted tub and a ceiling mounted rainfall shower head.

Library: The Library contains hundreds of books to enjoy, a small desktop computer with high speed internet (a private WiFi signal is available throughout the house), laser printer, and a "pop up" trundle bed - this style trundle bed can be used as two twins or one double-size bed.

Dining: The kitchen and dining room come ready for comfort food meals - hand-painted china and beautiful crystal glassware will make every dinner at home perfectly elegant. A full collection of spices and cooking supplies will make it simple to cook up an apres ski meal. (Plan to look at our Park City Guide recommendation list if you'd like to book a private chef or caterer while in town).

Outdoor hot tub/spa: Deluxe, powerful tub to soak in after a good day of skiing or hiking.

Telephone service: Free local and long distance (within the US) calls are included. Save charges to your call phone and/or phone cards!

Washer/Dryer: Conveniently located in the house for your use.

Pets: We regret that we are unfortunately not able to host pets.

Parking: The house features one off-street parking spot. There is sometimes additional parking located at the home (ask for details).
