Very private and located on 1/3 acre, this home features a large front and back yard idea for kids to play. In the winter, the front yard is transformed into a mini freestyle terrain park perfect for sledding. The back yard has a large deck with 7-seat hot tub, gas fire pit, 2 large BBQ grills, and an impressive kids playhouse that has 2 heated rooms, refrigerator, and 32" HD TV, DVD, and Direct TV with 180 premium/movie channels.
