Possibility to check-in on arrival when you want In the historic centre, in a quiet residential village, a 5-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo, the Teatro Regio and peace. Easy to reach from the train station and well connected with buses, to move into all areas of the city and towards the towns of the province of Parma.

24 | 09 is an independent space, cozy and bright put in the context of a historical building of 1600 completely renovated, offers fine finishes and custom furniture for the sophisticated design.

Guests access the apartment is independent and managed independently by the guests to feel at home.

The district placed in villages of the historical city centre of Parma, offers close to numerous shops and restaurants to experience all the traditional Parmesan cuisine. In the vicinity you can visit the Palazzo della Pilotta, Teatro Farnese, Teatro Regio of the lyrical Temple which houses in October the Festival Verdi, Piazza del Duomo with its Cathedral and the Baptistry, Piazza Garibaldi and all museums of the city centre.

This part of downtown is accessible by car with band defined (19:30-7:30) but offers the possibility of parking in the immediate vicinity that guarded car parks covered the DUC and DUS. You can easily reach the accommodation on foot from the train station in 5 minutes.
