Poe House is in a great location close to downtown Paso Robles. We were able to easily walk downtown for dinner and drinks. Kitchen and living areas are nice and the back yard has a few areas to relax outside and cook on the BBQ. One area to improve upon is the mattresses - they were very uncomfortable.

Warm, Cozy and Convenient. With patios on all 4 sides of this wonderful home, it's a pleasure coming home, even if only for a while. In the heart of Central Coast Wine Country, this 3 Bedroom cottage is a gem!

The Poe House is a warm, welcoming place to stay in Paso Robles. The owners are very responsive should you have any specific needs/requests, and it is well located close to the town square. I stay there every year and pla on returning.

Three bedrooms, two baths, great kitchen (plenty of prep area, Viking stove, island) and dining room, perfect for 4, perfect for 6 who are good friends and willing to share a bathroom. Great outside options; porch with privacy, gas fireplace area with privacy and perfect for testing the local wines. Plenty of places to find privacy when you want it. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Close to downtown. All six of us who stayed there are looking forward to going back.

My husband and I stayed at this house the week of out wedding. The home was a perfect home base for us. It was large enough for our friends and family when needed it to be but felt cozy enough for just two of us as well. We loved the amenities such as the fire pit, outdoor seating, washer and dryer, full kitchen, updated bathrooms, and cable television. We loved the decor both inside and out. The home was romantic but welcoming. We felt at home here and enjoyed coming and going with ease. The location is near downtown but was a bit too far for walking. Some bicycles would have been a perfect touch. Otherwise, there was not one thing we would have changed aobut the home. It was an ideal location for a long weekend stay. We would stay here over and over again.

There's nothing "rental" about the Mary Agnes Poe House. It is beautifully decorated without the excess of some historic homes. The kitchen is amazing. The beds are super-comfortable. The grounds go on forever and there are endless special spots to sit and enjoy vacation. It is very fairly priced and the location is perfect for enjoying downtown Paso Robles as well as getting out to the nearby wineries. It was even ideal for the 15 month-old and 4 1/2 year-old in our group. I can't recommend it highly enough!

The house was immaculate and well maintained. Very comfortable for a family of 5. There was a slight odor when first entering the house but this became un-noticeable within a few minutes. Very quiet residential street - not quite easy walking distance to town for younger kids. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would recommend the house to others.

We had a wonderful weekend and the rental was just as it was represented by the Internet site and by the property manager. We may be making this an annual event and will probably stay at the house again, if it is available.

This house is adorable. It is well furnished and was very comfortable for the five of us. It offers several garden-like outdoor sitting areas where you can enjoy good friends and a bottle of wine. It is an easy eight block walk to the center of downtown. I highly reccommend this rental for parties of 4-6. We will deinitely rent the Mary Agnes Poe house on our next visit.
