PREMIUM 5 bedroom pool villa - A well-designed holiday villa extending over 3 storeys, offering guests a luxurious retreat with its own private pool and sizeable garden area. The outdoor living and dining areas are large and with very comfortable, elegant furnishings and provide shade by the pool. For the more sun loving guests, there is also a rooftop terrace including a (non-heated) Jacuzzi for the ultimate indulgence.
The villa comprises of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all furnished and finished in a contemporary style. The luxury villa can accommodate 12 people in the bedrooms with the possibility of sleeping extra guests on the futon in the living area, so totally 14 guests can sleep here. The ground floor has a spacious open plan living room with dining area and modern fitted kitchen with island work station and is complete with all the necessary utensils for those who enjoy self-catering. The villa is very well equipped including LCD TV, air-conditioning throughout as well as WIFI. Furnishings and decor are stylish, comfortable and modern with a relaxed summer feel. Enjoy the pool table for your private games. There is also a karaoke sound box for your entertainment. For your peace of mind, there is a safety box in the villa as well as additional security at the main gate to make you feel safe during your stay.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. This is to prevent fire hazard and the next guest from cancelling because they don't like smell of smoke. Please respect this rule.
We are located in a residential area, so we do have neighbours. The neighbours cannot see you and and you cannot see them, but of course, you may hear each other. Please be respectful regarding noise. We all have a right to a good night’s sleep.
We can allow parties and events that do not disturb the neighbours. If you wish to have such parties, after 9pm, please continue the party indoors, in the living area, but not in the pool or the outdoor areas. Loud music is not permitted after 9pm.
I love pets. However, please understand I cannot accommodate dogs or cats free of charge (just only 1,000 THB for your lovely pet).
I can help organise airport transfer, taxi service, minibus, breakfast delivered at the villa, private BBQ, massage at the villa as well as trips, scuba diving and food delivery to your villa. Just let me know what you need.
Please keep in mind the following:
1. Pattaya is a resort, follow common sense and you will be safe & have a good time.
2. My villa is guest friendly, you should take a copy of ID of any guests you may invite back to the villa.
3. Keep belongings in the safety box provided.
4. Keep windows & doors closed in the day time to prevent insects going inside.
5. Keep windows & doors locked at night time before you go to bed and when you go outside.
6. Thailand is a tropical country, we have mosquitoes, there are tiny house lizards, they are harmless, impossible to keep them out - they eat small insects and mosquitos. We need them!
7. Price does not include daily housekeeping like in a hotel:
Upon arrival, you will have essential toiletries, such as toilet tissue, shampoo, shower gel, soap, towels, bedsheets and drinking water. For an additional fee, these can be replenished, bedsheets & towels changed and all the villa cleaned. This is optional, but not mandatory.
8. Thailand can have tropical storms, especially in the rainy season. This can result (but not often) in short electrical blackout, which means water pump will not run either. Please keep this in mind, it is something completely beyond my control.
9. Swimming pool is outdoors, weather temperature. The pool man cannot cool it down or warm it up. Also subject to rainwater and falling leaves. The pool is cleaned to a high standard by pool company. It is not necessary to change the water before your arrival, and not practical.
