Description
Home-away-from-home beach house boasts full-length screened porch with ample seating, Lowcountry hammock and restful views over the canal and saltmarsh beyond. Additional features include fixed and floating docks on the tidal canal, game table nook, well-equipped kitchen, lots of carport parking and basketball hoop. Ground floor bedrooms have internal stairwell access to the main floor. Part of a beachside neighborhood, guests have nearly direct access to the beach via a short side street and enjoy nearby access to a public landing – perfect for launching kayaks or a Jon boat to explore the saltmarsh creek.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable w/HBO TV-3 (1 smart TV), DVD-2, internet access, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, enclosed outdoor shower w/ hot and cold, basketball hoop on driveway, beach wagon, charcoal grill, carport, fixed and floating docks w/electric and water on tidal canal, hammock, community creek boat launch nearby, access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, beach gear credit.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For weekly stays, rent includes departure clean, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 5 nights or less, rental linens are optional at time of booking for an additional cost. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday weekly stays only.
