Comfortable, self catering cosy studio apartment, located in an idyllic river view setting. Within easy access to town centre containing a great variety of shops, art galleries, cafes/restaurants and all local amenities. Close to river Tweed for leisurely walks, easy access to parks and nearby cycle routes/ mountain biking centres, fishing, and hill walking in the beautiful surrounding hills. Within 30 minute drive to Edinburgh or by excellent bus service. On street parking. Non smoking, well behaved pets welcome. Super king size double bed .Shower, tv. Keysafe access. For the duration for your stay there will be an individual pet fee of 10 GBP . If you wish to bring a pet please advise the owner when requesting a quote or making a booking so it can be added to your quote or booking request.
Well stocked kitchen cupboards with all necessary items included ie. tea and coffee, salt and pepper, cereal etc. Milk in fridge.

“Cosy flat Peebles”
The best equipped holiday home we have stayed in everything of the highest quality and owner could not do enough for us. Beautiful situated flat on the banks of the tweed river 2 minutes walk to the high Street where plenty of shops and eating places to be found.
