This semi-detached cottage in the village of Pembrey sleeps six people in three bedrooms.School House is a semi-detached former school house situated in the South Wales village of Pembrey on the Gower Peninsula. With an upside down layout, this cottage sleeps six people in three ground floor bedrooms, consisting of two doubles and a twin, as well as a ground floor shower room. Upstairs there's a spilt-level open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas fire and balcony. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and a tiered lawned garden with furniture. School House is a convenient base for families and friends with open countryside and sandy beaches to explore nearby.
Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Tiered lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 1.5 miles. Note: Steps in tiered garden. The check in time for this property is 4pm
