“Great Experience” We are a family of four but for this holiday my wife's mother joined us. We were lucky to find Villa Bukit, it was ideal for three adults and two children. The children slept in the room with two single beds, we had the main bedroom with the king sized bed and grandma slept in the day bed in the living room. We were offered use of the Joglo but she was happy with the day bed. The villa is spacious with plenty of places to chill out so you never feel like you are living on top of each other. The gardens are beautiful and a stark contrast to the dry surroundings. The staff are excellent and discreet and cater to special requests. It was grandma's 81st birthday and they put on a beautiful meal and decorated the patio area, it was a great evening. It is around a 900 metre walk to the beach, 800 metres to the main road with shops. My wife and grandma were happy to walk it but I hired a motorbike to transport the children back and forwards. One word of advice, if you hire a motorbike, take the in house mobile phone with you. We were very unlucky to have flat tyres on three separate occasions, one time out at the national park. A call to our house attendant had pickup for us within 45 minutes, how is that for service! All up it is an excellent villa in a peaceful area of Bali and we thoroughly recommend it to anyone, particularly a family with children.

“Paradise” Beautiful island and beautiful villa. The staff were really friendly and the "in-house" cooking was delicious, all made with local fresh ingredients. Plently of space in the villa which was always kept really clean. The outside bathrooms were a real novelty! The village is really un-developed. No hassle at all from the usual traders on the beach and not a tourist shop in sight - brilliant. The snorkeling was amazing (even better than the Great Barrier Reef) and the staff at Reef Seen are so passionate about the work they have been doing with the coral, the fish and the turtles. The staff there are full of information and very friendly. Guided walks around the interior of the islands showed us all the wonderful fruit and vegetables that are grown on the island; no wonder so many of the locals have never left the island. We were a group of friends all in our mid fifties but would be great for groups of any age wanting a bit of peace and quiet. All in all a wonderful, memorable and relaxing holiday that we would certainly recomend to anyone wanting to get away from it all and have a bit of luxury at the same time.

“A lovely place for honeymoon and a stand up paddle adventure” We spent our honeymoon for a week at Villa Beten Bukit and were so pleased we chose this location. The mountain views from Beten Bukit which we woke up to each morning are stunning. The grounds are so spacious and immaculate. It was a lovely start to our day gazing at the views and relishing in the delicious breakfast the villa provides. The location of Beten Bukit feels so private and remote while being so very convenient to the attractions in Pemuteran. Our favorite activity was taking our JourneySurf stand up paddle boards all around the coral reefs and the bio garden, we even took them quite easily to Menjangan Island which was the highlight of our honeymoon - there was swimming deer! So cool! The fishing in Pemuteran is sadly overfished and I would recommend sticking to Suping and snorkeling. We did catch a small fish which the staff at Beten Bukit prepared for us one morning for a tasty breakfast. Pemuteran is said to be a "fishing village", we didn't get this vibe, although, like I said, we had a blast with the other activities Pemuteran offers. The villa staff can provide suggestions for activities and there is some helpful information the villa provides in its guest book. We left Beten Bukit, refreshed and revived. A perfect beginning for our marriage.

“Delightful Retreat, Glorious Gardens, Abundant Space, Artistic D” My Family of 7 have just stayed for a wonderful week at Villa Merah. Arriving there is a fantastic experience as the spaciousness and atmosphere of the lovely gardens and the general setting brings a smile to ones face. The kids were very soon off exploring the huge gardens and begging to jump in the pool, while the adults were busy taking in the lovely open layout and wonderful artistic touches of the house itself. There are brilliant original paintings (by the owner, a well known artist) hanging on the walls and authentic artifacts from around Bali arranged tatefully about the property. I particularly loved the main entrance door which is an intricately carved masterpiece! Mornings were spent enjoying the dappled sunlight while feasting on great breakfasts prepared by the staff ( who were always happy to help but not at all intrusive), fun afternoons snorkelling at the beach or playing in the pool and gardens and great evenings cooking fresh fish on the BBQ. I would recommend having a car available as we did so you can pop to the shops, beach or whatever. I would definitely say the pics here don't do the place justice and we hope to have the chance to return sometime soon for some more perfect relaxation time.

“Consistently exceptional!” My friends always ask me why I keep going back to Villa Wilali and the answer is really simple. I've travelled all over the world in search of a piece of paradise and nothing compares to wilali for relaxation, privacy and pampering! Everything is affordable, the food is great, the snorkeling is amazing and the weather warm. The yoga on the lawn was brilliant and the massages by the ocean are divine. The whole experience is pure bliss.

“Quite simply a little corner of paradise” The ideal hideaway in beautiful Pemuteran. Set against the backdrop of the mountains and the most incredible sea-view from the pool terrace you could not ask for more. Such a peaceful location and stunning landscaped gardens. Superb staff and food. Amazing shuttle buggy to take you to the beach. Fantastic location to get to Menjangan Island from for a day's snorkelling or diving. Already booked to go back next month!

“first rate,and a visual feast.” Hello,I stayed here for a week and it was first rate all the way.There is a gardener and a house maid,to keep everything clean and to help with any queries.I like the area as it is quiet and not far away from anything when a bit of adventure is required.Like scuba diving,shopping etc.Im already planning my next stay at the melaya project.

“Beautiful villa and relaxed stay” This is a beautiful villa. Stunning during the day with superbly designed lighting at night especially in the huge garden. I've been to Bali many times and wanted to check out the quiet, north west and also have the opportunity for easy access to Menjangen Island. If you want to get away from the crazy commercial side of Bali, this is the place. The cook is excellent and will cook what ever you want - his chips/fries are fantastic as are his local Balinese dishes. There is a 'real' pool where you can swim lengths, a lovely bale to relax and in the evenings you can catch a movie in the well stocked living room. The bedroom design is excellent. Powerful aircon and dark night curtains so you can get a good sleep. Yes it's a long way from the south, but that's the point. Once you are here, you've got a villa, built and maintained to a high standard.

“Great holiday” Romantic sunsets and sunrises which I enjoyed from the terrace with my wife were wonderful . Villa Lilly is the right place for relaxing as well as for children and adults. We were treated with great respect and kindness. The stuff was very kind. The villa was very clean and luxury equipped. There is everything that anyone could need. The pool is fantastic giving possibility to swim as much as you want and to refresh. We recommend the villa to families.

“Villa Naora was absolutely the highlight of our trip” We cannot speak highly enough of your Villa, staff and Ketut. We stayed at a total of 3 villas whilst holidaying in Bali for over 14 days. Villa Naora was absolutely the highlight of our trip, even our 4 children can't wait to go back. On our flight home we all listed our top 5 highlights of our trip, all 4 Children had Villa Naora in their list, along with Swimming with Dolphins, water parks, playing with tigers and Monkey's at the Zoo. My husband, mother and I all had it at No. 1. Everything has been so thought out for an enjoyable family stay. The gardens are so well maintained and picturesque, the staff are so friendly and hard working. Both Annie and her assistant where amazing and made our time there so much more enjoyable, they were friendly, the kids adored them and their cooking was fantastic. We believe all of the finer details of our stay had been covered, the menu/recipe, the swimming/pool toys, breakfast included, the sports equipment to enjoy the gardens, the ability to enjoy in house massage, the childrens zone upstairs. This list goes on. Again we feel very blessed to have spent time at Villa Naora, we have been holidaying in Bali for over 10 years and this is the first time we have been to the North, Villa Naora and North Bali have taken our breathe away.
