"This was one of the best condo's I have ever rented on the west coast of FL."

Should I decide to return to Perdido Key I definitely would rent Beach Colony W-3C. The balcony views were great. There was ample room in the condo. I liked having a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Th kitchen was well appointed. Loved having our own assigned covered parking space. When we arrived we did not have a tag to put in my car for the parking space, we contacted the owner and two were brought to our unit the next morning.
When checking the front bedroom, before leaving, I found the track closet doors to be off track and a piece missing which allowed them to slide properly. The 2 teenage girls who stayed in that bedroom said the doors were like that when we arrived (don't know why they did not tell me when we got there).

Condo had fully stocked kitchen. Very clean inside and out. Didn't need any staff, but there were always plenty walking around cleaning. Beautiful beach. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay and was impressed with the amenities. They provided everything you could think of. The coffee maker, coffee filters, coffee creamer and it tasted great. I stayed with my husband and 2 kids and there was enough room and places to sleep for all of us. We got up early and came home late. I love the shower, the tub was "out of order" so I didn't get to use the tub which would have been nice. There is also some construction going on in the back currently while we were staying there and I got woke up by a jack hammer one of the mornings but I think the construction shouldn't be going on much longer. Kacy who stays in the house was super friendly and had great recommendations for local eateries within walking distance of the bnb that I would have never tried but was so glad I did because the food was delish. It felt like this place was my home away from home but even better. I loved my stay and I plan on booking again before summer is over. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Beach Colony 3CWest is a terrific condo. Well furnished kitchen with all needed accessories. Loved the way the 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds and bath could be closed off from the rest of the condo for additional privacy. The large Master has a King bed and large bathroom as well. Each bedroom and the living area had up to date Vizio TV's. The balcony overlooks the beautiful white beach and ocean. Our 2 year old granddaughter ran out on the balcony and shouted "It Snowed!" - that's how white the sand is! The condo is within a mile of grocery stores, seafood market, boat ramp and restaurants. Perfect location. Loved it and will book again. mkm

This adorable house is located in the perfect spot. We were able to walk to restaurants, the historic tour, and live music in the park. The house was clean and well stocked. We appreciated having access to a washer and dryer after spending afternoons on the beach. (Which is just a short drive away) I would definitely stay here again.
Pensacola, FL is a pleasant resort town, nestled against the calm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Best known for the sparkling white sands of Pensacola Beach, this beautiful stretch of coast has been popular with visitors for decades. Today, it is an agreeable family-oriented tourist town, with plenty of diversion for visitors of every age.
Pensacola Beach is among the most spectacular places to sunbathe in West Florida, propitiously located on one of the world's largest barrier islands. If you want to get out on the open water, charter a boat for sightseeing or fishing along the coast. Once you've gotten a dose of sand and surf, experience some world-class golf or spend the day relaxing at a spa. There are also a surprising number of museums and art galleries in town, as well as many clubs, music halls, and family theme parks. Home to one of the country's oldest naval bases, Pensacola's city culture has been influenced by the Navy. In July and November, the famous Blue Angels perform an annual homecoming show. Even if you don't catch the official event, you can see these air acrobats practicing their routine every Monday and Tuesday morning over Naval Air Station Pensacola in the spring and summer.
Here are a few additional suggestions of things to do Pensacola:
- Pensacola Pier: Measuring almost 1,500 feet, this impressive wood pier stretches far into the Gulf's sparkling waters.
- Portofino Boardwalk: Soak up the coastal culture at the boardwalk's many shops and restaurants.
- Gulf Islands National Seashore: If you've ever wondered what Florida's beaches would be like without the sunbathers, head to this pristine expanse of coast.
- Historic Pensacola Village: The West Florida Historic Preservation operates this unusual museum, where visitors can explore 20 old homes in the city's historic district.
- Veteran's Memorial Park: Located by the sea, this memorial includes a replica of the Vietnam Memorial in Washington, D.C.
- National Naval Aviation Museum: Check out restored aircrafts or take a wild ride on the flight simulator at this Navy museum.
Pensacola draws crowds throughout the year, but it is especially lively during the city's annual festivals, such as the Pensacola Seafood Festival in September and the Pensacola Crawfish Festival in April. Held every autumn, the Greater Gulf Coast Art Festival is a great time to blend leisure with culture. If planning a trip to Pensacola during one of these popular events, a vacation rental can be a great way to beat the crowds. From your condo or beach house rental, you can call the seaside your home and wake up to the sound of crashing waves.
