“WAY COOL” is one of our Three Bedroom Villas that will have you calling in back at work to extend your vacation... This refreshingly decorated piece of parrot-dice is one that is sure to please everyone in the family and is idea for those vacations that require a larger villa to fit the family. One queen size bed in the master bedroom, one queen size bed in the first guest bedroom, two twin beds in the second guest bedroom, two and 1/2 baths and even a wireless internet connection. Flat screens in every bedroom as well as the living room. We assure you that upon your departure you will be chatting about the unforgettable time everyone experienced while staying in the “WAY COOL”!! This property has a six(6) person maximum occupancy and requires rentals be at least 7-nights in length. For shorter reservation requests, please contact the rental office at -********.

Response from the manager Thanks for your feedback. The bar and grill are not shutdown due to a disagreement, but rather because the owner had elected to close the bar for the slow season. Guests are welcome to bring food and drinks out to the pool deck provided none of the containers are glass. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
