Charming T2 apartment with terrace on the ground floor overlooking garden, quiet and not overlooked. Consisting of a room with a real bed 140, a bathroom with shower, living-dining room and a small kitchen, equipped with an oven, induction cooker 3 burners, refrigerator top, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric robot. Free Wifi possible. You open the door of your apartment and you are on one level on a terrace overlooking the garden. You can relax here and enjoy meals. It is located in a very quiet area with houses and gardens, 5 minutes walk from the city center: the countryside and calm to the city. The street parking is free. The linen is provided (sheets, towels, tablecloths, tea towels ...). Not far from the theater of the archipelago, the Mediator, the Castillet, and Aime Giral stadium or Brutus, it can enjoy the entertainment Perpignan and not miss any of the shows, events, exhibitions, rugby matches and other visits the historic districts. It is also a starting point for tourist excursions in the direction of the entire department with buses to € 1: the sea, the mountains, the wine trail, hiking paths ... 2 free shuttles used to move in downtown, especially towards the station, the Palace of the kings of Majorca ... Provide extra tourist tax required by the municipality: € 0.33 per day per person over 13 years. Pets not allowed. No smoking by successive tenants and respect for safety. The apartment is designed for 2 persons.

“It was a pleasant stay in La ville cote jardin avec terrasse in Perpignan..”
It was well situated near the bus stop, shops and centre of the town. Jacques was nice and he gave us oranges from his garden. The garden was lovely and peaceful.

“Lovely and Relaxed stay”
We have just had a lovely and Relaxed stay at La Ville cote Hardin avec terrasse . It was perfect for the town centre only 5 minutes away and also a short bus ride to the Catalan Dragons rugby league ground. The accommodation was so quiet and the French feel was refreshing . Sitting in the small courtyard drinking wine and eating whilst sitting in the sun was heaven . Jacques (the owner) was such a lovely man and he showed us how everything worked also which buses we need to get around plus he keeps the villa nice and clean plus he made us some fresh marmalade made with oranges from his back garden . It was to die for ! We will be booking again in the future that's for sure .
