Our Villa is in an enchanting position (300mt slm) that overlooks the medieval village of Papiano. Class A, new building antiseismic with all comfort services: free wi-fi, private parking, large garden, ideal for who enjoys nature and good food.
Our family will friendly welcome you and let you experience a pleasant holiday. In our opinion hospitality is an important value. In our house you can experience a friendly and cosy feeling, you will be surrounded by good music and delicious cooking, from which we could not live without.
Radici del Melograno is a big and modern room, with air-conditioning and parquet. The spaciousness of the room and the big shower allows you stay in four persons without problems.
From our location it is very easy and accessable to reach all the interest points: Perugia 15km, Assisi 20km, Todi 25km.
The airport is less than 20km away and the railway station is just 12km away.Trekking, MountainBike and walking trails are all around the house location.International Golf 18 hole course 10km awayTraining Golf course Castello delle Forme 3km awayHorse riding stables 5km awaySport Fishing over the Tevere river and nearby ponds.
The guests may enjoy the garden that surrounds the Villa, the common spaces such as a large living room that leads to a terrace with the beautiful Papiano panorama.

On request we will be delighted to organize evening musical activities, also karaoke. "Nest on the Melia" is a spacious apartment always on the first floor of the villa with two bedrooms, large bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet.One of the bedrooms has a fantastic views of the countryside and of Papiano, lovely medieval village.A door separates the other bedroom: this has a king bed and through the large window on the roof a beautiful view of the garden.
“All'Ombra dell'Olivo” is king size bedroom decorated with liliac hydrangeas details. It has a beautiful view of an Olive Tree in the middle of the garden. The bathroom service is not in the bedroom.
The room “La Stanza del Gelso” is a king size bedroom with a bathroom service right next to it.

Le Radici del Melograno è una grande camera con bagno annesso, moderna e luminosa. Il pavimento è tutto in parquet, il bagno ha una grandissima doccia. La spaziosità della camera permette di soggiornare in 4 persone senza alcun problema.
Facile dalla nostra posizione raggiungere tutti i luoghi d'interesse: Perugia 15 km, Assisi 20 km, Todi 25 km. A meno di 20 Km dall'aeroporto dell'Umbria e a 12 dalla stazione di Perugia. Percorsi da trekking, mountain bike e passeggiate intorno alla proprietà. Campo di Golf Internazionale 18 buche di Santa Sabina a 10 km. Campo pratica golf Castello delle Forme a 3 km. Maneggio per passeggiate a cavallo a 5 km. Pesca sportiva sul fiume Tevere e su laghetti limitrofi. Campo internazionale di tiro al piattello a 10 km.Gli ospiti potranno godere del giardino intorno alla casa, degli ambienti comuni quali l'ampio salotto che si affaccia su una terrazza panoramica che domina Papiano.
La casa dispone di attrezzature per bambini piccoli, quali box, seggiolone, ecc. La nostra presenza sarà discreta e sarà a disposizione su esigenza dell'ospite.La nostra casa è immersa in un tipico ambiente campestre, con olivi e vigne. Bellissime passeggiate ed escursioni con bici intorno alla nostra proprietà sono una cosa da non perdere.La casa è collegata con autobus a pochi passi. Chiediamo un contributo per pulizie finali oltre i 5 giorni di permanenza.
Nella villa ci sono altre camere fra le quali:
"Sul Nido della Melia" è uno spazioso bilocale al primo piano della villa con due camere, grande bagno e una spaziosa cabina armadio. Una delle camere matrimoniali ha una fantastica vista sulla campagna e su Papiano, delizioso borgo medievale. Una porta separa dall'altra camera matrimoniale: questa ha un letto matrimoniale e attraverso la finestra si ha una bella vista sul giardino.
"La Stanza del Gelso" è matrimoniale, ha la tv e un ampio armadio, arredata in stile moderno. Il bagno è adiacente, è grande con vasca matrimoniale e mega doccia.
La camera "All'Ombra dell'Olivo" è matrimoniale è decorata con ortensie lilla e si affaccia davanti al giardino con un olivo centrale, bagno non in camera. a meno di 20 Km dall'Aeroporto dell'Umbria e a 12 dalla stazione di Perugia.Su richiesta possiamo organizzare serate musicali, anche karaoke. Organizziamo anche corsi di cucina e pasticceria italiana, nonché corsi di panificazione. E' possibile preparare pranzi e cene con prodotti biologici Km 0. Garantiamo su richiesta babysitteraggio, compagnia persone anziane e custodia animali. Regole della Casa: In casa è vietato fumare. Si accettano animali purché disponibili all'interazione con gli altri animali della casa (cani e gatti).
