Questa villa è immersa in uno splendido paesaggio, un mosaico di vigne e oliveti, all'interno di un'azienda agricola vitivinicola. Il casale si trova a pochi minuti d'auto dalla Costa Adriatica e dalle sue città, Fano e Pesaro. La vivace riviera romagnola è a soli 12 chilometri. Queste località balneari offrono sia spiagge di sabbia che spiagge di ghiaia. Per gli amanti dell'arte e della cultura ci sono le incantevoli città di Urbino, Gradara e Mondavio, tutte facilmente raggiungibili. Tutta la zona è ricca di località storiche e offre una vasta gamma di eventi culturali e gastronomici. Inoltre ad 1 km è presente un lago per pesca sportiva e un percorso panoramico per passeggiate a piedi e biciclette.
Il casale è stato ristrutturato con gusto e raffinatezza, mantenendo l'architettura della tipica casa colonica marchigiana. Gli arredi sono accoglienti e confortevoli. La proprietà è circondata da un ampio giardino con piscina e da uno spazioso portico con vista panoramica, ideale per godersi giornate in completo relax. Adagiata nel giardino, sul fronte della villa si trova la piscina, circondata da olivi ed un magnifico prato verde. La villa si sviluppa su due livelli.
Al piano terra è composta da un grazioso soggiorno con uscita diretta sul portico, da un’ampia cucina con tavolo da pranzo attrezzata con forno, frigo-congelatore, lavastoviglie e microonde, da una camera con divano letto matrimoniale e da un bagno con doccia (adatto per disabili) e lavatrice.
Al primo piano troviamo:
– una grande camera matrimoniale (con possibilità di aggiungere un letto singolo extra) con bagno en-suite con doccia;
