Description

Located at the entrance of Prize d'Eau, in a small quiet subdivision, our house, inspired by Creole style, blends into a rich and lush vegetation. Large garden with palm trees, coconut palms, centennial mahogany, banana trees and tropical flowers, it is a real haven of peace. Close to all amenities: pharmacy, doctors, bakery, super markets, ... We offer 1 spacious air-conditioned room with a double bed 160x200 (true mattress) and plenty of storage space. Quiet area, cozy and pleasant. Artisanal decoration. Bathroom with bath and private toilets (can be shared if 2nd room rented). Bath kit provided. The room is equipped with dishes for 2 people: cups, cutlery, plates, bowls, pan, pan) and a tancarville. A complete set of spare bed is at your disposal. You will also have access to common areas of the house: kitchen, living room, garden and covered outdoor terrace. A place in the fridge and freezer will be reserved. Guadeloupe undergoes a very strong disruption of the distribution of water. There are so many cuts. So we equipped the house with a cistern of drinking water. So NO CUTTING WATER. We also offer local meals. Cooked with terroir and seasonal products. To book on the spot. To do! - La Traversée Road: Guadeloupe National Park, hiking, Bras David rivers, Crayfish Waterfall, Corossol ... places equipped with barbecue, carbets with tables and benches. Ideal for a picnic. - Réné Toribio spa area: hot water pool, water games ... 8 euros 2h relaxation. Around 20 minutes: - Petit-Bourg: night market of Montebello on Friday evening. Local crafts, local culinary specialties, fruits and vegetables ... The Domaine de Valombreuse (equestrian center, farms, rivers), Kassaverie de Duquerry (making and tasting of local specialty cassava). - Guava: The water garden, the Falls of Moreau (very nice hike of about 3h A / R leading to 3 beautiful and big falls). At about 30 minutes: - Malendure Beach with Cousteau Reserve: black sand beach, diving and snorkeling spots. Sunset. - Hot spring from Thomas to Bouillante: basin of hot spring water in which flows sea water. Sea view, sunset assured. - Rivers: Jumping Acomat, The Lady of tears in Pointe Noire, Bouillante rivers (Bireloton, malher wood ...). Canyoning. - Gosier: white sand beaches, night market on Friday evening (fruits and vegetables, local culinary specialties, local crafts). - Sainte Rose: very beautiful beaches of golden sand (the Amandiers, Cluny, cove of the islands ...). Quiet and wild, sunset. You will be ideally located because in the heart of the butterfly.

How do damage deposits work?
