Description
Our beautiful apartment is idealy located in a prime position facing the communal pools and gardens. It has one of the largest balconies on the resort which is a perfect place to lounge, sun bathe, dine and relax. We make the most of this outdoor space with rattan dining furniture and sofas on the balcony as well as private sun loungers. There are also plenty of sun loungers by the communal pools for your enjoyment.
The living area has air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, music provision via a iPOD docking station, 2 sofas (one of them a sofa bed), bar stools for breakfasting and a selection of books, DVD's, games and local information available for guests enjoyment. Our kitchen is fully equiped including fan oven, cermamic hob, granite work tops, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer and a full compliment of cutlery, condiments, plates and dishes for a full self catering experience. The bedroom has a double bed, two bedside cabinets, dressing table, mirror, hairdryers / straighteners and 3 wardrbobes. Bed linen and towels are provided (including beach towels). Extra blankets are provided for out of season use when the evenings are a little cooler. The property has marble tiled flooring..
The communal facilities include: 2 large swimming pools,Changing Rooms, WC, Sauna, Gym and Games Room with Landscaped Gardens. The apartment has a private parking space with extra visitor parking on site.
A perfect holiday for couples and families, close to the beautiful village of Peyia with its traditional feel, stunning views of Coral Bay and its many tavernas, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Peyia is a perfect location and is very traditional, with great proximity for the resort of Coral Bay, and the regional capital Paphos Town.

“Heaven in Cyprus”
My wife and myself have stayed in this apartment 3 times in 3 years and we love it. The location is up in the hills overlooking Coral Bay, a lively town with gorgeous beaches and excellent restaurants and bars. Peyia, where the apartment is situated is quieter, so offers the choice of pace you fancy. The apartment itself is modern and fully equipped. So nice that we often find ourselves holing up with a bottle of wine. The big balcony / patio overlooks the complexes 2 pools, Jacuzzi, gym and communal area, which we use daily. If you are looking for a couple or family orientated holiday, then this is the place to stay and if you fancy a livelier night out. Pafos is 20 minutes by excellent public transport. We love it!
