We are about one-third to one-half the cost of a room at the Hilton next door, yet offer two to three times the space, including a full kitchen to save on dining out!
Guests enjoy three pool & spa complexes open 24/7/365 and heated all winter. Always swimmable & usable!
Resort is surrounded by mountains and just a 1/2 mile walk to hiking & biking at N. Mountain preserve
*A refundable $300 security deposit is due one week before arrival and will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out less any loss, damage or incurred charges.
Our short-term rentals are geared toward those who need to stick to a budget yet would still like to enjoy the additional size and amenities of a complete vacation home as well as the convenient location and private, well-kept environment of a resort hotel. Starting out at Motel 6 prices, even our most expensive rates are half the starting rate of a single bedroom and bathroom at the Hilton next door, yet with two to three times the space! We strive to provide a great value to guests, offering both affordable rates and the convenience of a full-size home in a pleasant gated community. Guests receive a mailbox key upon check-in, so those here for multiple weeks or months may have their USPS mail temporarily forwarded directly to the resort mail huts just a few feet away; UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered directly to your door. Unlike the others here, all of our rentals offer extras such as stereo surround sound, landline telephone service with voice mail, caller ID and unlimited long distance calls to Canada and within the U.S., as well as full-service check-in with a representative to greet you on site and to tend to any needs that may arise. All our properties feature free WiFi.
This upper level condo is our sunniest, appointed with cheerful pastel southwest decor and located in the Pointe Resort community next to the Canyon Pool with a full-size patio balcony overlooking the complex, accessible via two sets of arcadia doors from both the living room & master bedroom. Enjoy the relaxing view of swaying palm trees against a scenic mountain backdrop as you dine outside or sip your morning coffee.
The modern 1100 square foot floor plan places the two bedrooms on opposite sides separated by the living room and can sleep up to four comfortably. The open kitchen and dining area and nine foot ceilings create a feeling of space and openness throughout. The unit features plush carpeting and natural light maple laminate hardwood flooring along with a mint & peach color scheme and resort-style wicker furniture and upholstery. There are three remote-controlled color cable televisions for independent viewing. The living room features a sizable wall-mounted flat screen HDTV with HD service and a Blu-ray/DVD system with WiFi connection, allowing you access to a Web browser and services such as Netflix, Amazon, YouTube & more right from the TV screen. You may enhance your TV-watching experience by enjoying the audio thru the stereo surround speakers. Optional services such as WiFi Internet access and premium cable channels are also available. This property now sports many new upgrades including your choice of two kings or a king + two twin xl premium memory foam mattress beds! New countertops, cabinetry and soothing waterfall faucets can be found in the kitchen and bathrooms. Upgraded decorative lighting, various new and refinished furnishings, decor, electronics and deluxe shower heads are also among the recent enhancements.
The Pointe Resort is a gated community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles Northeast of downtown and is adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex contains three pool areas each with hot tubs, restrooms, grills and showers, as well as on-site tennis and basketball courts. All pools and spas are temperature-controlled, open and swimmable 24/7/365, and those staying for longer durations may have their mail conveniently delivered to one of the mail huts here on site. UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered to your door.
Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius, starting with Lookout Mountain next door to our north. The nearest major supermarket is less than a mile away for all your grocery needs to stock up your kitchen. There are four major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base with easy access to all the destinations, sites and establishments in both the East and West Valleys, and it's within a few hours driving distance to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego and Rocky Point, Mexico. Overall a great vacation retreat for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!

Response from the owner We thank the guest for their review and were happy we were able to respond to their requests promptly and resolve them immediately every time during their long stay here. While it is impossible to have every utensil one can think of such as a pizza pan (which no one has ever requested in 15 years), we welcome the guest to spend the $5 an item like that may cost, especially when staying such a long time. Otherwise, this unit is well-equipped, more so than most others we have seen. Of course each guest has their own taste and not every rental will be everyone's favorite, this one was exactly as depicted in the photos the guest saw in detail before booking. If a guest has an issue with decor (such as a dislike of plants) enough to bring it up or dock us a bubble in their review we strongly suggest they instead find a one with a decor style more suitable to their liking. We have many rentals of all different styles and decor to match each guest's needs and preference. Thanks again for the feedback!
