The cabin had a beautiful view and was lovely. However, the mattress was horrendous, it was terribly dusty behind and under the bed, the bed spread had holes in it, the clock didn't work, and there were small animal feces behind the bathroom door. Wyndham did come and take care of this part. The mattress was just to old and turning it did not really fix the problem.
The cabin had not been inventoried since 2007 I believe. There were many things missing i.e. utensils, pizza cutter, grill tongs, peeler, and much, much more. We were afraid we would be charged. We were told not to worry, but it is disconcerting after reading all the rules. There was nothing in the place worth taking and people who did must have been desperate.
Our first night was horrendous as the neighboring house was living in PARTY TOWN all night. They did not calm down until 7:30 after a third call to the police stopped them. He really couldn't do anything to them because Pigeon Forge does not a disturbing peace type of ordinance; The officer was nice and felt they would quiet down.
When we talked to Wyndham they did want to take any responsibility and said that cabin was run by a different provider We lost one day of vacation due to no sleep even though Wyndham has a 11 or 11:30 PM quiet hours rule. They wouldn't take any responsibility or any redress for this.
Further, they didn't want to take any responsibility for any of the above issue and put it on the owner. This may be the owners fault but they are the managers and need to tell the owner what needs to be fixed. It was sad.
None of what I have reported is opinion. It is fact and didn't report everything because I would be writing a lot longer.

The cabin is excellent, this is the second consecutive year we have stayed here! It was very clean and tidy. The view is unbelievable!! There are a couple things you should know before booking this cabin. The hot tub is on the front porch, street side, no mountain view, and the only bathroom is in the bedroom. We are only two people so the bathroom did not bother us. There is a gas grill on the front porch as well. There is a Ms. Pacman (non working two years) and a billiards table in the loft over looking the amazing view! Overall all the Majestic Horizon is excellent!!
