The Nottingham was prefect for our family reunion of 24 people!
The location was close to Gatlingburg as well as the attractions at Pigeon Forge. Loved having private bathrooms off each room as well as the large restrooms off the hall on the first floor.
Everything was cleaan and neat when we arrived.
The beds were comfortable and loved having the large living arwa to set and talk.

The Nottingham cabin was beautiful. I reserved the cabin for a family reunion of 33 people. It was Extremely roomy, handicap bedroom available. The cabin was not crowded by other cabins. The bedrooms were beautiful and clean restrooms. The kitchen was large and numerous pots, pans dishes, glasses and utensils we needed. Community pool was outside the cabin. Short drive to Gatlinburg and mountains. However what I found not to be acceptable was the t.v.s in all bedrooms and theater room did not work upon arrival, the commercial ice machine was not functional and looks like it hasnt been for some time. 2 of the 3 pool sticks were broke and the ping pong paddle was found broke on the upper level. The rail for one of the top bunks was missing, the plumbing in the public restrooms was very slow and clogged. No hand towels or dryers or soap in the public restrooms. The light in the utility closet was out and the fixture was hanging from wires. The mop left to clean with was very sour smelling and there was no dust pan. One of the 2 dishwashers leaked all over the floor. One of the 2 hot tubs was out and a part was on order. The one medium size grill was not ready to use without calling maintenance for an igniter and the grill was filthy, inside and outside of it. The entire back deck hadn't been swept and the rails surrounding the cabin were very dirty as if they hadn't been wiped down for a while. I did call maintenance to get t.v.s going and to fix the bed rail, the light in the utility room and the pool sticks and the ice machine. They were very nice and were very timely on the repairs they did. The ice machine was not able to be fixed but it is one thing we needed. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this cabin to anyone at this time due to the inconveniences I experienced which could have easily been taken care of with a simple maintenance check prior to our arrival. We did not let this ruin our 3 days because it was a gorgeous cabin but I think it could have been much better especially for what we paid.
“Incredible! Perfect for Work or Multi-family Fun!”

Let me first get out of the way why not five stars - the pool wasn't usable 5 of 6 days, one of the hot tubs couldn't be operated and needed cleaning, and we did not have TV service in our bedroom.
But, everything else was beyond our wildest dreams. The lodge was well maintained and there was space for everyone in our 20+ group of adults. The movie room was amazing when we plugged in my Roku with hundreds of movies to watch. The couches were cozy. The game room was plenty big enough for pool, ping pong and table games to be played simultaneously. The kitchen is HUGE with two sets of everything on either side (oven, range top, etc.). You could have six people prepping meals at the same time without feeling crowded. The dining area is fantastic. There's plenty of room for 50+ people to relax and dine. The bedrooms were very spacious and most had a private bathroom. A couple shared a private hall and bathroom. If it is a kids retreat you're looking for, downstairs where the theater and game room are located are three giant bedrooms. One has two queen beds and a bathroom. The other two each have two sets of queen sized bunk beds made of tree trunks and bathrooms in each room. It's a kid's dream. Finally, the common "public" restrooms that are in the hallways near the stairs on each floor are perfect for visitors who are attending training but not staying. They are clean and have several stalls - just like a theater or hotel guest restrooms. I loved every minute my team an I were there. Especially being able to invite their significant others and have everyone feel a little spoiled. They deserve it!
